在最近的一次家庭聚会上把我们带到了一个特别的村子弗鲁特韦尔炎热的夏天。 我的侄女建议去海滩。 我不知道任何海滩附近也很高兴和她竟然带我们去champion湖泊。 来自Penticton。 我会让你留下深刻印象。 海滩很漂亮,也不是很拥挤的,虽然沙子石头有些多。 是什么让这个地方如此特别的是有很多野餐长凳沿着海滩位于树荫下的一个可爱的森林。 我们可以花一整天的时间去放松旅行!

The place is breathtaking. Large sites on scattered levels throughout an old cedar forest, with lots of space between sites. No showers, and flush toilets only in the beach house on Lake 3, but the pit toilets are as clean as possible. Fresh cool potable water is available. The walks to the 3 lakes are very pretty, and the whole place is quite secluded. Gorgeous nature experience. Would love to come back.

Great location to swim on a hot summer day

Great location near Trail BC. Day use area with bathrooms and change rooms. Nice sandy beach. Lake surrounded by forest. Great place for floating in a raft or stand up paddle board.

We pulled off the highway on a whim just to take a dip and cool off. But when we arrived we were in love with this little gem of a find. It isnt a very big lake and seems like it doesn't get a pile of people. The beach was nice but had a few stones on it. The change area was really clean as well as the washrooms. I half expected outhouses due to the low profile of the place but there were great facilities. The lake was absolutely beautiful.

Great for kids

Very clean, very easy to navigate, and the people working are very friendly. We saw a variety of wildlife. We also found moose print right by our site. We also heard a cougar (a distance away) at night. The day use beach and the campers beach are excellent. Lots of washrooms at the day use beach and tons of picnic tables. The sand at the beach is a bit rocky but still very good. The water is clear and clean and we found fish, snakes, turtles and frogs all around the shore. We were very impressed!

Beautiful little spot

Three lovely lakes, great for swimming or just chilling by. Has a dog friendly beach, and is a great place to spend a day. Take your own stuff - picnic, blankets, towels or chairs. Washrooms are available.

Beautiful Park, Fantastic Staff

This park is really beautiful. It has three terrific lakes each with their own hikes. The park has a large camping ground and a easy to use boat launch. All facilities are super clean and modern.
Perhaps the most impressive thing of the park were the staff. Our car broke down in the car park and the staff were so helpful in arranging to get it fixed. It is a long story but suffice to say we would have been in trouble without their assistance. Thank you so so much.

We loved our stay at this campsite, hosts were very nice. Beautiful lake view spot. Enjoyed washing in the lake with turtles around us.

Champion Lake is close to where I have grown up so needless to say I've been used the park all my life.
It's a terrific place to swim, camp, hike and play!!

Hidden gem

A recent family reunion brought us to the Village of Fruitvale on a particularly hot summer day. My niece suggested going to the beach. I was unaware of any beaches nearby and quite delighted and surprised when she took us to Champion Lakes. Coming from Penticton, I was prepared to be underwhelmed. The beach was charming, not too terribly crowded, although the sand was a bit rocky. What made this place so special was the availability of many picnic benches located along the beach in the shade of a lovely forest. We were able to spend the whole day relaxing and visiting!
