Super service, we rented scooter for 2 weeks. When we didn't start the scooter on the way, they came right away.
After handing me in, they even took me to train station. Everything handled neatly!!

I rented the scooter thinking I had chosen professional and correct people but it was not. Leaving aside the 70 euros of rental, we gave 150 euros of ""insurance"" which would then be returned. Everything was fine until Me and my girlfriend fell because the scooter did not brake, the left brake was very hard and the right one almost for nothing. Did I expect them to tell us nothing? Absolutely not, but I didn't expect them to ask us ANOTHER 220 EUROS FOR A TOTAL OF 370 FOR A HIT ON THE LEFT REAR SIDE either. And I would like to say that the Rating was done carefully but it was not: after seeing the damage, the renter laughed in my face, took a photo on the fly and sent it to an alleged mechanic who reports the severity of the damage. So in addition to having kept the 150 euro deposit, they wanted another 220 euro IMMEDIATELY. They didn't even bother to ask how we were ...RATING 0

I honestly had higher expectations. We rented the scooter with the idea that it was the best way to be able to get around the most beautiful places in Puglia but it did not. After paying €70 (60 rental and 10 for unlimited mileage) we had to give another €150 which, according to him, was a figure that would have functioned as a guarantee to be returned then at Check-out and so far nothing bad. Unfortunately we had bad luck, we fell off the scooter on the return leg and slipped because the scooter did not brake properly, I would say not at all. The scooter had a sort of introflexed sphere due to the hit on the ground. Surely we did not expect to be told that it is nothing but their reaction was absolutely not professional: my boyfriend came to the office to point out the problem, after laughing in the face begins with "nice damage" and then informs that the 150 euros were "certainly not enough". The renter sends 2 photos on the fly to someone on whatsapp and so without even having the situation evaluated live (the mechanic or whoever it was) asks without delay OTHER €220, for a total of €370. Incidentally, even the helmets were not exactly the best. Having said that I will not recommend this place BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE not only because of the huge cost we had to bear , but also because we expected there to be more professionalism than there was initially but that after the accident did not remain so. Also the 150 euros then what did they cover? We don't know....

Booking Referral from Germany .Taking over the scooters in Ostuni worked perfectly. We did a tour over ten days in Puglia . Driven a total of 800 km. The two scooters worked perfectly. The return in Brindisi also went well. We can recommend the Roadrunner team. Thank you for the professional service.

First rented the 125cc and then switched to the 400cc after 2 days. Great (motor) scooters and helpful staff! Highly recommended👍

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Absolutely awful experience. I would not recommend these scammers. They give out dangerous bikes that are not road worthy and are extremely unsafe. Tried to charge us hundreds of euros when the bike broke down only down the road from the shop after collecting. Ruined our day trip. So unprofessional and rude. Do not give them the business you’ll regret it!!
