A great oenology class! Mr Humbrecht taught us a lot about wine! He knows how to transmit with humor! And Sylvie his wife regaled us with her appetizers as beautiful as good! Thank you both

We spent a magical moment whether to learn wine making but also oenology bravo for the pedagogy we were not bored at any time. It was great I recommend 200%

Great time at the estate. We learned a lot, discovered cutting-edge equipment. This is presented with great passion and humor. Very nice.

Very nice moment, very interesting, rewarding and super nice: the master of the place, Claude Humbrecht shares with us with passion his love of wine. From his feet of BIO vines through his cellars, he transmits us a little of his heritage. We make his "disciples" during tastings of 13 wines accompanied by some appetizers.

Saturday afternoon oenology workshop offered to my darling for his 50th birthday...
I say Fabulous 🤩 , lasts almost 4h30
Claude passed on his knowledge and made known his profession, his vineyards, his production. You can feel passion. The preparation of his wife Sylvie's appetizers is a pure wonder, they fit perfectly with the 13 wine tastings, all in a good atmosphere (group of 30 people).
I simply loved it, I recommend.

An exceptional course in oenology, led by Claude Humbrecht, an outstanding speaker, combining passion and perfect knowledge of viticulture with from time to time, a little hint of humor that makes faces smile but also with honesty and humility. It gives us a knowledge of biodynamic culture, very rich in complexity and hard work. During the tasting of a dozen wines on offer, we also discovered the creative spirit of Claude who embarked on a reintroduction of a range of natural wines, an ancestral winemaking process, a wine that I particularly appreciated during the tasting. We learned the different "Leader" methods of wine tasting and the association of food and wine. In this regard, a big thank you to his wife who cooked the excellent sweets to accompany our wines.
We spent 4 hours of pure pleasure! Do not hesitate to try this beautiful rewarding experience!

Great afternoon where we learned a lot about vines and wine, Claude is passionate and funny, we did not see spend the 4 hours together! The tasting of 13 wines and 5 appetizers (made by his wife) was exceptional, it is absolutely to be done!

Mr. Humbrecht is a storyteller. Passionate. I took a very interesting and sharp oenology course. It's always the same with passionate people we had a nice trip. Thank you.

Very interesting oenology course. Really great. Recommend without hesitation. Thanks to you. Do not look for another winemaker in Alsace. His wine is also excellent in biodynamics.

Mr. Claude Humbrecht, a great winemaker, excellent communicator with a solid experience in vines and winemaking!
Absolutely not miserly information in his perfectly mastered presentation, everything is distilled, yes it also distills:), with honesty, a certain humility all accompanied by a beautiful humor.
4 hours or more of fun listening and sharing, he answers questions that participants ask him and even encourages him to ask.
You will know the essentials of the winemaking process, including the upstream and downstream work. You will taste 14 of his wines (in moderation, rest assured, you can take the wheel afterwards) accompanied by excellent little cuteness made by his wife.
Don’t think I’m adding more, just read the previous reviews to see that they all agree. Do yourself a favor and go.
