This was the best experience I've ever had. Our instructor was so nice and gave us beginners a fantastic lesson before jumping in the water and heading to see the monkeys! There were hundreds of them it was awesome. If you come to Puerto Rico, or are a local you can’t miss this experience Ill be back every time I visit!

1nd time my daughter and I kajak anywhere and we had a blast. You are a very good instructor and your knowledge of Monkey Island was eye opening. It was fun to see so many run down the mountain as if they were coming to greet us. I'm glad that we were at a safe distance 🐒 🙈 🙊 🐵 The ocean was beautiful, the view spectacular and that alone was worth the 50 bucks. Thank you so much I'm coming back with my girlfriends from California as soon as they get here. 💗

Wow, this was an amazing experience! Our guide, Keishya, was incredibly professional, safety minded and very knowledgeable about kayaking, the area and, of course, the monkeys! The equipment was in good condition and the location was easy to find and has plenty of parking. There were 3 of us in our party, and we were provided a double kayak and a single kayak (much appreciated by our teenage son!). We saw a ton of monkeys, some birds and sea life. The opportunity to observe the monkeys from the kayaks was amazing! The whole experience was perfect! There was some seaweed that we needed to walk through, but well worth the adventure of kayaking to observe monkeys!

We had a great time staying and kayaking to monkey island with Keishya and Bob! It was a great start to our adventures in Puerto Rico! They are gracious hosts. We really felt taken care of! Thank you for our great adventure!

My brother and I went on this tour together and it was a highlight of our week-long trip to Puerto Rico. On the way out to the island we saw two manatee swimming together and also a large ray launch several feet out of the water not far from us. The island is full of monkeys. You will definitely see them, but you can’t get too close. The proprietor Keisha was great and speaks perfect English. Highly recommended.

This was such an amazing experience. Keishya was such a wonderful soul and tour guide. She explained everything thoroughly so everyone felt safe and comfortable to kayak. The water was very calm and made the kayaking very easy, and the water was crystal clear, so you can see many fishies swimming around. When we arrived to the island, many monkeys were running around and super playful swinging from the tree branches while others were walking around, being curious or catching some shade under the trees.
I would definitely recommend this trip. My best friend and I were happy for this experience!

Do this tour, it will not disappoint!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our sea kayaking excursion with Keisha!!! She was very communicative and gave great instructions. It is important to follow her instructions for safety. Closed toed shoes that can get wet, preferably water shoes are best. No flip flops or sandals. If you don’t have any kayak knowledge or experience that is okay.
Keisha is very patient, knowledgeable and a great instructor. We had an amazing time rowing to Monkey Island. Then once there we anchored off shore in waist deep water to view the monkeys. They were very active and we saw them play, fight, chase each other and just be monkeys. Keisha brought a set of binoculars for up close viewing. We shared them and it was nice to see the monkeys that were up high.
Keisha gave us options for which way to go around the island for other views. She provided all the equipment including life jackets and dry bags for phones, keys, etc.
Beautiful views, fun kayaking, knowledge and fun guide, Keisha and monkeys!!!

Watching the monkeys frolick on the island was mesmerizing. Keishya, our tour guide, could not have been more gracious, accommodating and helpful. She prepared us about what to bring ahead of time. She imparted extensive knowledge about the macaque monkeys and the island itself. She patiently instructed my husband and me how to maneuver our kayak-not an easy task given our advanced age and arthritic challenges. We gained a sense of accomplishment completing this adventure.

Have been trying to take the kids on this tour for 5 years. Have been thwarted by lack of availability, bad weather, Covid, and flight cancellations.
THIS WAS OUR YEAR.
Two teens (13/15), two adults, and two other lovely adults made our group of six.
Lucked out with the weather--sunny and calm for the morning kayak tour.
You paddle over from an easy to find beach with free parking, and then skirt the edge of the island itself to watch the monkeys play. We didn't see sea turtles along the way, but plenty of pelican and other birds.
The island is inhabited by 1000+ monkeys that are fed daily, as some are destined for science labs. Keyisha, our tour guide, had lots of good information to share on the history of the island.
Keyisha takes care to explain how to stay safe on the water. New-to-kayaking participants will do well with her. She was not in a hurry at all! I think this was very reasonably priced, as well. After your trip, consider some cheap seafood at Armando's or burritos at Taco Rico (they're side by side) and a couple minutes' drive from the beach.

Got to see lots of monkeys and iguanas and pelicans, we kayaked around the whole island. It was a beautiful trip and Keiysha was so knowledgable. Highly recommend!

The kayak to the island is generally 18-25 minutes..but it depends on your ability and wind as well.

We specialize in our kayak tour and it is the best tour available. You can call to book or email us. We are a small tour company and do not provide pick up or drop off services you would need a rental car.

Booked on a Royal Caribbean Cruise; will arrive in San Juan on October 28/Fri. Ship will be there from 7to4. We are Seniors in good health but never kayaked. Need info, if this will work; Do U pick up & get us back to the ship in time? Jim & Niki Lovett
