Worst experience ever
Menu has changed such small variety and the dessert that we loved are all not on the menu anymore
No waffles
No brownie sundae
No maltester Sunde
No chicken tenders
No nachos
No pizza out of stock
I paid over $200 to take my family
We ordered Angus slider burgers
omg they were horrible
They were they were lukewarm $2 cheese burgers from maccas
Dessert was even worse got churros they came in a bowl with ice cream on top so they were all soggy
Just discusting and disappointing l sent complaints to village and heard nothing back they obviously don’t care
Never again will l waste my money at village

My family and I have been coming here for years. It’s handy for us, and if you are a Village member then it is only $15 for every movie every session. Not including VMAX or Gold Class.
It is located in the heart of the Glen Waverley entertainment and dining district. Plenty to eat, see and do here.
There is also a 4D cinema here. It was pretty intense when we watched it with the family. Almost like a thrill ride! 😄
It’s the school holidays right now so we will be going again tomorrow for Abominable which promises to be a great experience on the big screen.

Arrived at gold class ,greeted by very pleasant staff, had an e voucher which meant we could order 5 things from the Menu ,,the first 4 items we ordered off the menu were not available' 'Sold out " ( it was a Monday night ,beginning of a new week ) so we had to order items we didn't really want ,chosen some caramel pop corn for a dessert snack no bigger than a handful and cost $13 obviously from a supermarket pack that cost $3 food was a childs size pub dinner like (nuggets and chips) ,,it was a present and was worth $160.00 , got escorted to wrong seats up the very front ,where you break your neck to see the screen and told us my seats weren't avail that i booked online ,we left half way through the movie and passed our two empty seats up the back where i booked them ,,, absolute waste of time and my children's money. i hope i tell enough people so they can choose to go to a nice restaurant and go home and watch Netflix ..

The was our first visit to Century City Village Cinemas and the cinema itself can't be faulted. It was clean, staff were friendly, screen and seating were exactly as expected. The downside to this location (for us, anyway) is that the complex the cinema is in has very few options for dining. Unless you're in the mood for pancakes or teppanyaki, there's not much else.
Still, the cinema itself is not disappointing though parking was definitely an issue. There is VERY little parking nearby that allows more than 2 hours, so if you're seeing a longer film - be aware of this.

I was given gold class tickets with giftcard for food and beverage
We went to the movie there, but they did not have the movie we wanted to see in Gold class - just normal
They would not let us use the giftcard for food/beverage - said we had to buy gold class tickets.
This is ridiculous because the movie was not playing gold class.
So we had to pay for food - and could not use the giftcard.
What a ripoff
And the lady checking the tickets was really quite rude about it.
We went to the movie there, but they did not have the movie we wanted to see in Gold class - just normal

Me and my girlfriend went on today. Parked on Montclair St(no time limit on weekend) and had to 5 minutes walk max. There was no staff to check out ticket(bought tickets online). If we didn't have tickets, we couldn't watched it for FREE!! Seat were uncomfortable for me as i am a fitness freak with a good posture. It bending my back the whole movie.
Only reason why I gave it 3 stars was because of the movie itself

Visited village cinemas century city on Saturday night and was in cinema 2 for a screening of Bumblebee.
Was disappointed to have the picture turn off during the previews, however it was rectified within 5 minutes and didn’t impact the movie.
The cinema is aged and in need of an upgrade, the lack of lighting in the cinema prior to the movie resulted in many people using the torch on their phone in order to find their seat number.

Very clean cinema. Old style seating, not recliners. More expensive than nearby cinemas. No parking. All nearby parking limited to 2 hours. Asked the attendant where to park if the movie is fairly long. She replied with "there isn't anywhere, it's a problem".
Really.... no parking long enough to see a movie.

Tired of watching movies at the cinemas I opt for Drive Ins nowadays however I really wanted to see what all they hype was about regarding the new 4Dx cinema.
I watched Jurassic World today and it was honestly amazing. Within a few seconds the experience had begun. Definitely a must try! Not for every movie but if there is a new action packed movie out, I would definitely go.
