We felt privileged to be invited into authentic working farms and on top of that to discover hidden underground edifices from many centuries ago. Our hosts were charming, passionate and knowledgeable about local history and farm produce. The olive oil tasting session at the end gave a whole new meaning to the tour of the ancient and more recent olive trees. I highly recommend this tour!

Mooie en informatieve fietstocht door het achterland van Monopoli. We bezochten verschillende privé Masseria’s en zagen o.a. een gerestaureerde olijfoliemolen uit de Middeleeuwen. Gianni en Antonella vertellen met veel passie over Puglia, haar geschiedenis en de lokale producten. Toffe activiteit!

This was an amazing experience, Antonella was so knowledgeable. The bike was in great condition. The cycle was through some of the most beautiful countryside. Finished of with a taste of typical Puglian products, including a professional olive oil tasting. Will never look or taste olive oil the same again.

Een absolute aanrader voor een heerlijke fietstocht in de omgeving van Monopoli. Vriendelijke ontvangst en na en korte uitleg over hoe de mounten bikes werkten gingen we op pad voor een vier uur durende tocht. Het tempo is prima en Antonella houdt rekening met iedereen. De informatie over de olijfbomen en hoe olijf olie gemaakt wordt is zeer interessant. Het bezoek aan de verborgen grotten is zeer verrassend en een historisch zeer boeiend om te horen hoe de mensen in die tijd hebben geleefd. Kortom een fantastisch tocht.

Fantastic experience visiting 3 lovely olive farms. It was great to see the countryside near Monopoli and learn about olive oil production.

One of the best tours in Monopoli. Antonella was fabulous. Biking the Monopoli Countryside was awesome and the Olive Oil tasting was great.

Negli scorsi anni e anche questo dicembre ho fatto diversi tour in macchina sia con Antonella sia con Gianni. Tutti erano fantastici e indimenticabili!
Anche i prodotti nello shop sono bellissimi e di altissima qualità e c‘è una vasta scelta. Non poter viaggiare nella prima parte dell‘anno 2021 mi hanno anche spedito un bel paccho a casa - che gioia! È arrivato in pocchissimi giorni.
