We visited as a large group of friends and had a great time. Lots of different things to do, friendly staff, big car park and clean changing area. Would recommend this for families of all ages.

Had visited on a previous trip with Mr Shuttle. This year we were able to self transport and it was much more cost effective. Pools were clean and tidy. Lots of staff so safety well covered. Great day of family fun. One negative is that you will be charged for being even a few moments over your time. Surely people should be allowed to clock of pool and have whatever time required to dress. Not very family friendly in that way.

Certainly the worst service I have ever seen in Poland, France where I live, nor in any country I have visited. My cousin invited me to the baths of Bukowina Tatrzańska for a few days and we rented a hotel room about 200 m from this place. Unfortunately, the first day, my cousin slipped into their pool and sprained her leg. The paramedic applied cold compresses for more than 30 minutes, but unfortunately my cousin had to go to the emergency room in Zakopane. At the reception without any mood we were asked to pay the time passes with the rescuer and without any empathy we were refused any help to go to the emergency room or to our hotel. The receptionist told us the ambulance wasn't coming because my cousin wasn't dying. A few TAXI business cards were thrown at us so we could fend for ourselves. None of the taxis offered were available and it was only after a heated exchange and several threats the manager sent us a car to take us to the hotel. I would like to add that I am 72 years old and my cousin 4 years younger.

Total scam. Rude staff at the entrance who "forgot" to inform you that half of the sauna area (the outside part) is closed for renovation on June 10th and no "aufguss" during this day. Overall the sauna area must be 100sqm, very cramped, with only 5 long chairs... if you are used to the excellent and spacious thermal baths and their pristine saunas in Germany or Austria, you will be most likely disappointed. It's impossible to relax properly in this claustrophobic area. Last but not least, they charge you 29PLN for 10 minutes overtime which is a total rip-off. First time last time.

We had a good experience here. I think 3.5 hours are enough. There are plenty of pools to explore and it wasn’t too crowded in May when we visited. The views from the pools are amazing.

We had a great time. We purchased 2 3.5 hour passes, which were enough to try out all the outdoor and indoor pools. Various pools had water and hydromassage jets and paths for all parts of the body.

Absolutely waste of money. Purchased a family ticket for 4 hours but got boring after 1 hour. Such a big pool, big area, but nothing to do , a specially for a family with kids older then 10. Single slide but not working properly, have to push yourself out of the tube. Max spend time in this pool is an hour, unless you are fine just to in a bubbly pool area for the rest of the time if you will get a place , cos everyone is fighting for it. Buffet is expensive and some food wasn't wort it at all..

Private trip via Mr Shuttle. Beautiful place, would recommend and return. Amazing day for all the family. Again quite rushed because of tour. If you are over your allocated time when leaving you will be charged

We had a really relaxing time at Termy Bukovina. It is more like a swimming pool than a proper thermal baths, as in not natural looking. There are several pools and an interesting hydro pool. Defnitiely worth a visit if its your thing.

One of the most incredible experiences ever! Super relaxing. Amazing panoramic view of the forest while we relaxed in the beautiful hot pools. And the slides were great fun. Highly recommend!

Has anyone booked the 2 attractions directly with the spa (the kasprowy wierch cable car and use of the spa itself)? I just wanted to check whether you are able to go directly to the cable car with the tickets the spa issue or if you need to check in with the spa first? Also, the tickets are in Polish (which I don’t speak). They don’t seem to specify a time for the cable car (just the date). I take this to mean you can arrive at any time on the day but wanted to double check first. If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.

There is loads of bus company's going to Zakopane from Kraków. First you need to get to central Krakow from airport. There is a frequent bus service to city centre (bus station)
If you type in krakow zakopane transport in your browser you will find plenty websites offering transport. Companys like "Szwagropol" or " Voyager" "polskibus" are well known in this region.some may not have English website so try them all to find one in your own language. I'm not sure whether any of them will take you to Bukowina but once you get to Zakopane just catch a taxi. It's only few miles away.

You can get a bus « modlin bus » at the road station in center of Krakow
About 2 hours to Bukowina
You ought also to see the little village Zakopane, not far away from Bukowina.

You can take a bus from Zakopane station. Then a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the baths.
