This was the best thing we did on our holiday and Roy is an absolute gent and so helpful! We were a family of 4 (kids 8 & 5) and without the bikes we couldn't travel around so it was perfect for us. 10 out of 10!!

Myself and my teenage lad hired 2 bikes for one day last week brilliant value and bikes were in great condition locks provided and all , friendly guy as well. Thanks a mil ,Sandra.

Generally ok not hugely helpful or chatty but bikes ok. Helmet, lock and bag included. As off road mountain bikers at home we do a fair amount of riding, the bikes had a lot of rattles and bits falling off. Thought we had negotiated a price for 4 days lucky I just asked for the time to return on day 4 and it was the morning! So 12 euros extra for basically an extra overnight, we had already paid by this point. Advised to remove the seats as at our hotel some seats had been stolen, promptly got covered in oil.

Great service had a fantastic day thanks to advice from Roy. Our son has autism and is very shy Roy was amazing helping to pick out the right bike for him. Brilliant value will hire again on our return.

Went to Roy to help get my peddle off after the Ironman as security at the airport had taken my tools away. Very helpful and had a great natter. Have hired a bike in the past from here great see. Thanks

I popped in to Roy with my Pinarello in bits from the journey & having had my toolkit taken away at security. Roy kindly helped put it back together again, even with its quirky tool sizes. Thanks Roy, much appreciated ! Next time I won’t bother bringing my own bike, I’ll rent your Dolan for sure !

we booked in person for 3 bikes 3 days in advance of when we needed them and were told all was fine. The reservation was made and a pick up time agreed. Imagine the shock when we arrived in the morning to be told that there were no bikes available. Roy wasn't at all interested in finding a solution, or even offering an apology. Unbelievable, as the day had been planned and we were all geared up ready to go...Rubbish service and customer care. So, be warned, sometimes a reservation isn't a reservation and then you are left on your own to find an alternative.
