I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Kayleigh at Gloots. The room was really relaxing and she made a big effort to ask about my specific needs before the massage started and communicate throughout with what she was doing. Would highly recommend to all and I will be going back!

Jacquie is a wonderful therapist for all things skincare and relaxation. Microdermabrasion is my treatment of choice and I have been going for years. Every appointment might be slightly different as Jacquie always tailors the treatment to what my skin needs that day. I always leave feeling happy and see a great improvement in skin texture and looks for a while after.

I was nervous going for a facial as I suffer with significant facial reactions. Kayleigh really listened to my concerns and tailored the facial to meet my needs. She had some great tips for my daily skin care and gave me some testers to try at home. The products were fantastic for my damaged and sensitive skin and I left looking significantly less red/inflamed. Thank you Kayleigh, I’ll be back!

Just had the most relaxing massage (lymphatic drainage) with Kayleigh. Put at ease from the moment I walked through the door, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, booked my next session already.

With the fantastic range of treatments, I often find it hard to decide on just which one to have. This time I decided my face could do with some care. Having started to enjoy the sunshine of the summer, I have used lots of SPF50+. Even after a good wash my facial can still feel blocked with leftover suncream. So I thought a good cleanse of my face was in need and booked a Galvanic Facial.
Jacqui started by removing the dirt, cleansing and then moisturising the skin.
I particularly love the use of hot towels on the face during the facial as the heat goes deep into the jaw. This helped ease the tension from the teeth clenching I do while sleeping.
I felt as if I have arrived with skin akin to a crumbling potholed road and left feeling as if it had been transformed into marble. I felt clean and smooth.
A galvanic Face Treatments gives anti-ageing results by smoothing out wrinkles, tightening the skin, erasing blemishes, increasing blood circulation and nourishing skin cells.
This treatment involves the use of mild electric currents to penetrate into the deepest layers of your skin and will continue working for an additional 2 days post treatment, making any products applied work 10 times better and deeper in the dermis layers of the skin.
A specialised pre-treatment gel with a negative charge is applied to remove impurities from the deepest layer of the skin. This stimulates dull tired skin by removing hardened sebum, excess oil and dead cells.
A second gel with a positive charge is then applied to tighten and firm the skin, slowing the signs of ageing at their source.

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Jaquie was so warm and friendly, gorgeous therapy room. I had a lymphatic drainage massage which was wonderfully relaxing and very beneficial. Look forward to becoming a regular

I go to Gloots every two weeks and have done for several years. This visit I had a warm bamboo massage to help with the oedema in my legs. Jacquie used aromatic oils and the warm bamboo to help move the fluid in my legs.
I highly recommend Gloots. There are a range of treatments on offer and I've had many of them. I've never had a bad experience.
The room has soft music playing and subdued lighting which promotes a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Jacquie knows how to work with your body to help you achieve a level of deep relaxation. For me this helps both by reducing my stress but also reducing the daily pain I experience from my fibromyalgia. I really recommend this treatment if you also are a fibro sufferer.
Thank you for all of the treatments I've had in 2021. I will see you next week.

I had a wonderful warm bamboo massage and after the sweltering heat of this last week I was definitely in need to help the fluid retention in my legs shift!
As soon as you enter the room is spaciously laid out, the lights are dimmed, and you are asked to lie on the bed. It began with the backs of my legs being oiled up and then warm bamboo is used to get deep down into the muscles. When it was time to move onto the next leg a cooling mist was sprayed leaving the leg feeling relaxed with a prolonged coolness.
I have terrible oedema in my legs and ankles and on a normal day the massage works to release this but following this week’s heat wave it has been bad. Walking back to the car was the first time they had felt good in a while. And all down to the expertly performed massage.
In the following two nights I have slept longer and deeper which has given me some energy. My skin is soft and super moisturized from the oils used. Gloots always delivers a relaxing and skilled massage, so much so that my daughters all go too! It really is a gem to have on our doorstep.
There is customer parking and a toilet to use, making the experience more convenient for the customer. It’s perfect all round.
