Hello Charlie, thank you for your feedback, sorry that you feel this way but your code link was sent twice, from the email provided by Mr Cobb, you have started asking for a refund saying that you did not receive the link, after I have sent you proof that the link was sent.
I reply to you I will send another one as I did.
On the day of the training Mr Cobb has come in and completed everything like everyone else in his course, when I have asked for you he mention he can not make it, sorry.
I like to say, that im not rude, or dishonest when you knew you could not attend for whatever reason.
Please read the small print when you purchase any voucher where clearly explains NO SHOW -No refunds.

print conditions, you need also to contact Groupon as you have purchased directly with them.
