Well what a experience!! Defo a one to remember. The beach is lovely not rocky at all and actually neither is the sea. Quite a few of the beaches here are very rocky at the shore and would defo recommend water shoes cos some of those rocks are sharp!! However if your like my husband and our son who dives straight in yr ok however im not one of them.
There is lots of fish swimming around you which didnt bother us and infact we wished we had of packed the snorkels, defo next time, but also the odd octopus just casually resting on the sea bed too!! I was walking in when i felt something wrap around my leg!!! As you can imagine to my horror when i realised it was an octopus. Apparently they cant hurt you and are actually quite affectionate.
The prices along the seafront vary for drinks and most places let you use their sunloungers for free if you buy food or drink from their restaurants.

There is sand, sunbeds and sea water what more you could you need. The ramps definitely made it easier to get in/out, not a big fan of the boat lane. The wildlife in the sea such as fish and even an octopus were truly incredible.

Absolutely lovely little place for a short break. Plenty of beach, shops, bars, hotels all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this and will be returning.

The beach is small and rammed with sunbeds, which unfortunately is a Scrabble for rude British throwing their towels down at the crack of dawn and going mad if they have been moved...
There is no charge for sunbeds. It is expected to eat in the restaurant adjoining the beach. .. We did this everyday at the sunbeam restaurant .The eggs Benedict was outstanding the service and all the staff. Who served drinks to your sunbeds throughout the day... The review was for the cleanliness of the beach, cigarette butts around and old bread left by stupid lazy people ...

By far my favourite beach on the island of Kos, the water is so calm and clear, makes swimming and manoeuvring in the water very easy.
Lots of fish and sea urchins to see and was lucky enough to have a baby squid swim right next to us in curiosity. There was some litter in the water on the sea floor which we removed some of but it will become an issue if not kept in check. Being on the south side of the island the wind was very minimal so it was ideal for beach days. Very close proximity to bars and restaurants and some offer loungers with table service which is convenient. Waiters and owners go out of their way to meet your needs/requirements which adds a finishing touch to a great location.

Beautiful sandy beach with clear sea and several establishments that rent sunbeds and umbrellas generally for 10 euros.

We toured the island of Kos quite a bit but Kardamena beach in my opinion is the most beautiful. Fantastic experience with my family and children. Very comfortable with sandy beach and very few pebbles. The whole area is equipped for renting umbrellas and chairs at fair price (10 euro umbrella and 2 chairs).

Guys, this place is beautiful. Clear sea and amazing people. But do not go if you’re looking for nightlife on a girls holiday, there is bars but they are all sitting down outside places. Lovely as they are it is not the Kardamena that online says is “lovely”

I stayed at Malibu with my family, very nice bathrooms with bar, restaurant and back pool. Cost 2 sunbeds and umbrella 10€ . Relaxation and beautiful sea

Well I can’t really tell because we used an airport shuttle to get to the resort. But I think it wouldn’t be bad if you have an international driving license if you want to drive there :)

Don’t know about buses but loads of boat trips are available. Rather than book through your hotel or tour operators just go down to the water front in the evening ( 7-9pm best). All the boats are in and you can book direct. Only works of warning is book early, we went down 2nd evening of our holiday & a lot of the days were fully booked.
Prices vary hugely depending on the type of boat. Anything from luxury to ferry available.
If it’s the bubbles your going to see at ‘Bubble Beach’ I wouldn’t bother, it’s a small area of rather unimpressive bubbles. If it’s the water sports & other beach fun than definitely worth a visit.

Kardamena beach is so close literally a few minutes walk depending where you are. We stayed at Phillipos Apartments and the beach was right opposite us. The shops and transport links are probably a ten minute walk if not less.

Dall’ aereoporto di kos a Kardamena hotel Mitsis per farti un esempio il costo è di 22/25 €, il bus non saprei dirti. Comunque se vuoi girare L isola in piena libertà senza dover attenerti a degli orari credo sia più comodo affittare un auto o quad.L acqua è stupenda e limpida quindi puoi tranquillamente immergerti
