Scammers... very unprofessional. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
I recently traveled to Gangtok, Sikkim with Bina Travels through Travel Triangle, and it was a terrible experience. Bina Travels proved to be highly unprofessional and dishonest.
Upon arrival in Gangtok, I was given a substandard hotel (Kaso) that was falsely advertised as a 3-star accommodation. The same issue occurred in Pelling with Hotel Rufina Palm Bliss. Despite my complaints, Bina Travels ignored my concerns.
Even after I paid extra for an Innova, they provided a Xylo and offered no support when I complained. They claimed it was the only car available, and the AC wasn't working. When I reported this, Bina Travels said AC isn't needed in Sikkim, which was an inappropriate response. Many times, they acted like they were doing me a favor and even shouted.
The taxi drivers were extremely unprofessional and rude, with no oversight from the travel agency. It’s clear that their primary concern is taking your money.
I strongly advise against booking any trips with Bina Travels or Travel Triangle as both companies appear to be scammers.

We did a 7 day Sikkim trip with Santosh in Crysta. The rates were reasonable and he helped us with an itinerary as well. He was very flexible with our adhoc requests and knows good hotels, restaurants and stopovers on the way. His driving skills are excellent and the car was also in good condition. Our entire trip was very smooth and he became more like a family member for us.

We recently went to sikkim for our holiday spanning across east, north and west sikkim. We hired the cab service of Mr. Sonam(Avinash Thakur) which proved to be one of our best decision for our trip. He is very professional and make sure that you get most out of your trip. He can even take you to places from his end which may not be on your itinerary but worth visiting. We had an amazing experience in sikkim with him playing a big part in it. He can be reached out on +91 77971 76080.

I was book a tour with sikkim hills tour and travel by Mr.Anish Ale & Mr deepa to 26th April2024.
They both was give us an excellent package for gangtok,Palling, North sikkim,Ravangla and dargling.
The cost of the package is very reasonable rates. The hotels and transport are excellent. They both are very humble and honest .
I suggest all you pls book sikkim package with Mr anish and deepak sir.

This is my first trip to Sikkim and I was very lucky to get in touch with Santosh Gupta(9800404204) trip organiser and Anil Gajmer(8918583358) Driver
We reached out to Mr. Santosh Gupta for helping our trip to Sikkim starting from pickup from bagdogra airport – Gangtok. Lachung(Katao, Yatamvally),Namchi,Pelling,Darjeeling and drop to Bagdogra Airport.
We got best driver and I would like to mention Mr. Anil Gajmer who was driving us around this beautiful and lovely part of Sikkim.Anil is an excellent driver and he has a very good knowledge of this state and knows the correct route to take to our destination. Anil is always responsive and ready to help.
As the route to Gangtok and Lachung was blocked, Anil helped us to take via different route which is almost 80-90km extra hill way path. He was very patient and an excellent driver who took us to the best of the viewpoints. His idea of having lunch and breakfast at locals was great and we enjoyed the excellent hospitality from him. This was one of the best parts of our tour.
We enjoyed all places in snow and all parts of Sikkim.Overall it was excellent trip, and I would like to recommend for Sikkim tour to everyone.
Once again, Anil keep up the good work and you are true gem of a person.

Northwind Tours & Travels (Burdwan) Owner- Sumit Adak , has been my preferred partner for my North Bengal and Sikkim travels . It was a well organised tour of 6 days through Tareybhir - Temi - Pelling - Rinchenpong. Mr. Adak's choice of hotels for our stay was really great and the stays were very comfortable. He also manages to get good deals for transportation. Overall I was able to manage a well deserved break with my wife and daughter, in the lap of the mighty Kanchenjunga, within a comfortable cost.

We booked Santosh ji’s cab based on reviews for Dec2023 trip. At first we were doubtful but he provided us great service with experienced driver.
No issues for payment as he takes very nominal amount of advance while booking

We hired Santosh’s cab for a 10 day trip of Sikkim and Darjeeling. Santosh is super awesome. He really planned the sightseeing trips nicely so they were neither very hectic and we still saw a lot of places. He took us to some places in North Sikkim which we had not expected to see. He got us picked up from the Bagdogra Airport and dropped us back there. The whole experience was seamless. We highly recommend his services in the Sikkim region.

I bumped into Santosh Gupta's service through tripadvisor when I was looking to plan my trip to Sikkim. The reviews about Santosh were so impressive that I decided to choose him over travel agencies that I originally planned to go with.
I contacted Santosh through Whatsapp and he called me as soon as he was free and responded with neat itineraries, giving me options. I could spare only a 5N 6D tour and he accordingly planned it. I also asked him for hotel suggestions and he suggested a few names. I booked them myself. That was it. He contacted me a few days before the trip to confirm my arrival and ID proof for permit to Changu Lake and Nathula Pass.
Once we reached there, a smiling Santosh welcomed us and took us on a expert ride to Pelling (parts of the roads were bad but Santosh is an amazing driver and managed it with dexterity and skill), tiring as it would have been for him. He was up early next day to take us around Pelling and then the day after we went through South Sikkim, visiting a few places on the way and reached Gangtok. There again he gave us options on where we liked to visit. Right through the ride, he was highly informative, about Sikkim's topography, culture, economy that we were highly impressed.
Our Changu Lake and Natu la pass visit was the highlight. I was a bit diffident as I read about oxygen difficulty in high altitude but Santosh encouraged us and gave us the right instructions on how to approach it and not to go by the random youtube videos that blowed up the difficulty part. He was also kind enough to lend a better jacket for the cold weather at 14000 feet. And he was right about the place. We had a wonderful time, well equipped with boots and gloves that Santosh helped us hire. On return he had already arranged for an excellent lunch on the way. Santosh is friendly, kind, polite and highly knowledgeable. He can speak English and Hindi besides the local languages. We could not do the North Sikkim part but are keen to go back, with Santosh as our guide.
You can skip any travel plan by agencies and safely choose Santosh as your guide and driver. His Innova Crysta is in top condition and he makes sure the vehicle is ready for any high altitude trip, checking everything! We wish him all the best and will seek his service again for sure. He can be contacted at 9474349326/9800404204. Santosh is a busy man. Do contact him a month in advance. I changed my travel plan to make sure he was available :-) Cheers!

We were in Sikkim in December and based on the good reviews left by fellow travellers on TripAdvisor, hired Santosh for cab service around Sikkim.
We had an enjoyable trip, Santosh was polite, patient, helpful, maintained a very clean car, and also knowledgeable about the entire region.
He helped us explore all of North Sikkim, he knows all the good spots, and we had a comfortable journey.
