Nice route to go with kids. You can see the cows up close, which makes the little ones excited. You pass through the cave by car or on foot and it is worth appreciating the wonders of nature.

To access the village you have to cross a cave of 300 meters. It is recommended to park the car in the parking lot and access on foot. It's a marvel, big and majestic

The cave is worth it but taking the road from Ribadesella. We were taking a road that crosses an uphill forest and I do not recommend it because it does not have security all the way.

I was very surprised at the length of this cave. The place is fairytale, after crossing it is the village (or village) of Cuevas, which has a terrace with enough room to drink. In addition a couple of villagers have proposed an activity, to know that rural part and before booking they take a "tour" and teach you to milk cows, they have several animals (a calf, a donkey, bunnies,...) for the children to take a picture with them.

Nice to visit and walk through with a restaurant at the other exit.
You can drive through it, which is also beautiful but annoying for walkers.
And judging by the number of parking spaces, it can also become very busy.
Do you miss it? Oh well, there are more caves.

The entrance to the town is through a cave worth seeing, you can go through it by car, although it is a bit dangerous if you meet another one. To walk through the cave it is advisable to carry a light because it is poorly lit. Once in the town, see the FEVE station which is the other way to get to and leave the town.

Incomparable place. Cuevas del Agua, is the town that you find after driving along a road that runs through a cave, at the end of which you find yourself in said village. It is the only access it has by road. What a real surprise you got.

Impressive cave. It is very worth it. I advise parking at the entrance, there are several free parking lots, and walking through the cave until you reach the town which is right at the end of the cave. You can do the ride by car because it is paved. They have put light points in the cave and it can be seen perfectly.

To go through if you are in the area, a cave tunnel that gives access to a small town. It is preferable to do it on foot than by car, since it is a walk.

Impressive cavity in a rock, through which a regional road runs and from which you can see all the characteristics of a cave. It is recommended to explore it on foot and with reflective clothing.

Entiendo que, si es el único acceso al pueblo, es de doble sentido de circulación con coche pero no parece haber espacio.. ¿es así?

Muy buenas. Si el acceso al pueblo es sólo entrada y salida por la cuevona pero con 2 carreteras de acceso y si caben 2 vehiculos. Este año han incluso ampliado el acceso del "atajo". Es un pubelo con tofos los servucios y hay acceso de camiones si es necesario. Saludos y encantados.

Hay un restaurante y una tienda de comida de la zona. Nada de turismo y no más de 10 viviendas unifamiliares. Tiene parada de tren.

en el Feve. tiene los horarios actualizados en la web. el paseo es precioso más hasta Santander u Oviedo y Costa Asturiana.

Hola. Te recomiendo el restaurante La Solana. Lo regentan Alicia y Nacho, los dueños también del Albergue de Cuevas del Agua. Sin duda son gente muy agradable y la comida de Alicia es exquisita.

Добрый день. Совсем рядом, в Рибадесейе, есть пещера Tito Bustillo, куда не надо записываться заранее. Я купил билеты туда сразу и пошел в тот же день. как в общем и в Альтамиру, которая в Кантабрии (правда пускают только в ее копию).
