We have been coming to this fantastic bar for many years and it never disappoints - our favourite bar ever - Roberto, Filipo and Julia are welcoming and friendly and make the best cocktails ever! A lovely atmosphere and a lovely evening guaranteed x

Lovely wee bar, can't recommend it enough.
We were greeted by a lovely, friendly waitress, and the background music is fantastic.
We had been recommended to try the Negroni cocktail and they did not disappoint, very happy with our choice. An unexpected surprise was the apertivo of crisps, olives and small toasted sandwiches (between 6-8pm), this was a great start to the experience.
We did sample a few more cocktails, and again these were delicious and definitely tasted as if they were made with love and someone who enjoyed their job.
Sad that we were only able to experience this wee gem on our last night in Tenerife but we will definitely be back !

We 1st visited 5 years ago when stayed in Adeje, this time we are in Los Cris and decided to get a taxi over because we enjoyed it so much the last time. Even though the bar is now under new management it was near enough the same. Drinks choice and price are still excellent and especially when you get a smorgasbord of snacks with your 1st drinks. This bar got us into a Dutch group called de toppers, we still watch their videos on YouTube.

Arrive at our favourite bar to find new owners. Leon and Sabrina no more. Woman showed us to a table. Very business like.Ordered two drinks. No Gordon’s Gin?? Our drinks came and the measure was 35ml if we were lucky. Small plate of nuts provided. No atmosphere. Leon’s 70’s music is gone. Place not busy and when a couple arrived the lady nearly pounced on them. Again they were regular Leon customers. Another man must have asked about whisky. A waiter brought out two bottles one with a dribble of whisky in. One was Glenmorangie. Instead of giving the man a nip of each whiskey to taste the man was offered the bottles to sniff. ENOUGH we were out of there. Not hygienic sniffing bottles. So sad because this was our favourite bar. At 18 euros for a vodka tonic and a gin and tonic it was daylight robbery especially for the measure of spirits. Our five star hotel is cheaper. No atmosphere only 6 people in when we were in around 9.30pm. Don’t usually do bad reviews unless deserved.

Great little place good selection of Belgian beer and cocktails. Good chatty service and some free tapas thrown in. Cocktails are that big I had to have another beer while I waited for my wife to finish, shame.

Very friendly little bar, we love to sit outside & enjoy a few Belgian beers. In the early evening you get a little tray of snacks to go with your drinks on the house. The waiter was superb, very quick & friendly. We were very happy to find this bar & will definitely return.

We absolutely love this place, the folk that run it are fabulous, great little bar in a great location- always a warm welcome. A must !

Great little bar at the top of some steps , hence the name . Good selection of our favourite type , Belgium beers!
Served before 8 pm with complimentary selection of snacks including small toasted sandwiches .
Visited a couple of times during our relative short visit to Costa Adeje . Recommended.

Hi
I am thinking of hiring a wheelchair for our holiday in November. I can manage steps, just not walk far. As Cafe steps is our fave go to bar in Costa Adeje, would there be any way to "park" it while we had a drink knowing the limited space available!?

We're missing your bar already...so doing a cocktail for the wife "grape fruit gin! ". I have the fever tree tonic but what is the best gin to use?
We are back in may and my brother in law works for a brewery and majesty "Liverpool Gin" I will bring you a bottle over
