ESTAFADOR! Fuimos al pantalan 0 como habaldo por telefono. Hemos cogido el private charter con un precio de 450€ para un cumpleaño. al final cuando estubimos ahi no habia plazas. VENDIERON MAS PLAZAS DE LA QUE TIENEN. Nos dijeron che no pasa nada, que en tres oras se acaba la escursion y habiamos podido ir nosotros. Como no habian otros barcos aceptamos y esperamos 3 oras como tontos en el puerto colon. despues de ESPERAR 4 HORAS nos dicen que tioenen un problema y si estaria bien embarcar otra pareja (no eran de nuestro grupo) Nos dió pena ya que le habia pasado lo mismo que nosotros. Todo este lio para al final estar en un barco viejo con tapas del mercadona, cerveza de 0.50€ y un ruido que no te deja ni hablar! Pobres Delfines y ballenas! El dueños Alessandro es un italiano pretencioso y arrogante!

The driver was 45 minutes late with the excuse of waiting at the wrong hotel. They knew exactly where our hotel was and suggested we waiting outside Wotherspoons. I had to make two phone calls to chase the driver.
The boat is in need of updating as it is very tired looking.
We were offered this package as all inclusive with unlimited drink and tapas food.. It was very disappointing to be offered french bread with ham and salami. No tapas in sight.
It was lovely seeing the dolphins but I would not book with this Company again. I would not recommend this trip to anyone else.

A great trip if you don't want a crowded boat, seating is enough for 9 people, if you want to be at the front. The guide was helpful and we had great Close up views of whales and dolphins. The refreshments were in our opinion of a cheap brand, although we were offered drinks within 20 minutes of setting off. The meal was simply dried bread with a piece of ham and cheese on it, as well as a cold Spanish omelette. Given that the cost is about 80 Euros per person, the choice of food needs to be upgraded. Overall we had an excellent time, and would recommend it to our friends.

5. Not a 3 hour trip, just over 2 hours
6. Certainly not the 5 star experience advertised
7. Very rushed, not relaxing

Horrible experience from start to finish! We paid €75 (half price) for 2 of us on a ‘luxury yacht’ which looked like it was ready to fall to pieces when we saw it. Firstly, the taxi was 30 minutes late to pick us up due to “lots of traffic” - there’s no traffic in Tenerife. Then when we got to the boat, we waited a while for it to set off. There wasn’t enough seating for everyone on the boat and the sea was so choppy that the boat definitely wasn’t safe to be out. The staff 100% knew this as at the beginning of the trip they mentioned sick bags were available from the captain. We weren’t offered any drinks and had to ask for tiny cups of them. Every single passenger on the boat felt sick 20 minutes into the trip and most people were sick. I’ve never been sea sick before on a boat trip but this one was something else! The driver asked us if we wanted to turn around to which we all said yes, as the sea was so choppy. When we returned (in just over an hour from the start of the 3 hour trip), they offered us the “cooked meal by the chef on the boat” that we were promised. It turned out to be stale bread with cheese and salami on it, with a few slices of watermelon. The manager of the trip came over to the boat and asked if I was sick, when I told him I was, he laughed and gestured that I was pregnant. Insulting or what !! We walked off the boat to get a drink and when we returned at 3.50pm to get our 4pm taxi back to the hotel, there was no one to be seen. We had to ask the owner for a lift home when he finally returned at 4.20pm. The next boat was meant to be leaving at 4pm but did not as the sea wasn’t safe. All we were offered for the horrendous day was “have a nice holiday”. Absolute shambles - don’t waste your money!!

Looked for a whale watching trip on a boat which is not crowded with people.
We found the Las Romanticas, a 40 ft. yacht.We were at that afternoon 8 people on bord, the trip took 3 Hours.
Food and drink (softdrinks, beer and champange were included) available.
The Skipper always keept a little distance to the Whales, which is great.
We saw other boats which directly sailed towards the Whales, an absolute NOGO!
We want to see them, but we have to respect them, a big thanks to the skipper.
We would always come to the Las Romanticas

Prachtige boottrip walvissen en dolfijnen, gedurende 3 uren , boot komt vlakbij de walvissen, leuke stop om te zwemmen en drank en hapjes inclusief, een echte aanrader

We were collected from the hotel by a lovely lady called Sylvia and taken to Puerto Colon marina which is a truly beautiful place. We boarded the boat and were greeted by the crew who were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome onboard. We then set off out of the marina into the ocean - was very relaxing. First stop was the pilot whales and the did not disappoint - fascinating creatures feeding off the squid. Then back out further into the ocean and the next stop was for the dolphins who swam right up to the boat which was magical! We then carried on sailing until we got to a little cove where we moored up for lunch and a spot if swimming for those who wanted a dunk in the water (snorkels were provided). We then sailed back along the beautiful coastline back to the harbour where Sylvia was waiting to take us back. She gave us a guided tour of los Cristianos showing us all the best places to head out and a big giggle along the way - she is a little crazy but was fantastic!! Thank you to all involved in our trip - was a fantastic and truly memorable day!! We will be back!! Thank you!!!

Programm Änderung nur wegen Zeitmangel,zum Essen gab es trockene Belegte Brötchen das Schiff ist in die Jahre gekommen und schnorcheln bzw. Schwimmen im Meer war wegen des Zeitdrucks nicht erlaubt.

Yes! We (my husband & I) were picked up (& dropped off) at our apartments and met another four couples on the boat. Lovely group lovely day!
