if you want to try before you buy. They do the yoga on the grass on the left hand side of cliff top, opposite the shopping mall. We sat and watched for ten minutes. There was two guys twirling while balancing two ladies on there feet, while they were laid on the grass. They must have been instructors, as it wasn’t for the faint hearted. No doubt they do more gentle yoga with begginers.

we stayed in Tenerfife last week. Hopeless at exercising but we thought we'd give it a go doing a class every morning. Found Laura on Tripadvisor. She is great along with her dog as her assistant. We are still rubbish at exercising but really enjoyed an hour each morning with Laura stretching etc. Definitely recommend her and we'll be back next year for more pilates on the beach.
