If you are strolling around Macau and bump into a building with a giant roulette on its facade, undoubtedly it’s Rio Casino! When we first saw it, my friends and me started to sing “Her name is Rio and she’s dancing in the sand”, the famous Duran Duran song!

ギャラクシーやシティ・オブ・ドリームス、パリジャンなど新しいカジノ・ホテルが目立つマカオですが、このリオカジノはマカオで歴史ありそうな味のあるカジノ。他からすると小ぢんまりした感じは否めませんが、のんびりカジノを楽しみたいような旅行者が多く来ている感じでした。

澳門には有数の娯楽場カジノがある中の新口岸高美士街にある「利澳娛樂場」に初めて入店しました。公共のバス停が目の前で便利ですよ。ネオンが灯ると派手なRio casinoのロゴが煌びやかでホテル内のロビーは洗練された落ち着いた雰囲気です。
カジノ場は小規模で卓台は中国人に人気の大小をはじめバカラやポーカーなどありますが勝ち続けているような人はいなかったので小額で退散しました。

We were at the Rio Hotel macau, for 4 nights from 13 to 16.8
The service in the dining room was bad
If you ask for help from a waiter or ask a question, he is angry at you or evades you.
We told the waiter that we did not eat any kind of meat, and not meat and milk together. We ask if we can get a hard boiled egg, but the answer was negative. If the food is finished in chef's mold and fills up slowly as a saving method, then the time is over and the dining room closes. Once he brought half a pattern of potato patties, and it was over in two minutes because there was little, and there were a lot of guests.
We asked if it was possible to fill in the mold, he said shortly and did not fill at all. We waited almost 35 minutes until we gave up and left. That's how it was every day. They do not care what the guest feels.
I am a travel agent and send many people to hotels, I certainly will not recommend this hotel

Stay in this hotel as part of tour package. We arrive at night and suddenly the whole lobby is overcrowded by us waiting to get into the elevator to our rooms. It took me about 20 minutes to my room (at last). Room was nice, spacy, clean. Bathroom have both shower and tub with mirror in the middle (so it is quite big). Clean towels. Breakfast was good (I like it 😊). Across the street there is a Seven Eleven nearby. Check out was also take a while because apart of from our tour group there was also another tour group doing check out.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean with nice bathroom and strong wifi. However the rest of the hotel is a disappointment.
The casinos are empty and the staff followed our group around making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We received a drinks coupon for two people, to then be told it was only for one, sent to reception where we were told it was for two - this happened again so there seems to be some confusion between staff. We were also constantly sent to the wrong floor of the hotel numerous times as staff didn't seem to know where the restaurant / coffee shop was.
The gym and pool were BOTH out of use for renovation. It also seems strange that the spa is also only for men!?
The lunch buffet is completely booked out for casino tour groups, so at 12 when the buffet started we were told to come back at 1:45...
When we needed to print one sheet of paper it is a charge of £1.20.
Overall I am very dissatisfied with the hotel, and you can find much nicer accommodation with functioning facilities and helpful staff in a different hotel.
There is also a £100 room deposit which you receive back in half a month.

リオホテル自体がカジノ中心街と離れた場所にあるため観光客相手というよりギャンブルをじっくり楽しむための客層がメインという感じです。テーブルゲームを見ても大勢というよりは比較的個人単位で楽しんでいる客が多かったです。それでも観光客向けの機械式カジノゲームもありますので誰でも楽しめるカジノだと思います。

Chiunque tu uncontri qui ti magnifica Macao come il maggior centro di gioco d'azzardo del mondo, superiore persino a Las Vegas. Io ho trovato questo ed altri casino molto inferiori a Las Vegas che, comunque gia dall'esterno ti stupisce. Qui Rio ed altri casino hanno location piu modeste. N.b. questo e' il regno del baccarat.
