我们去的这个小村庄的那天才能体会真正的巴巴多斯的生活。我们在欣赏一幅美丽的海滩从外面的龙虾吧。一幅很好只是我觉得我们可能是失望如果我们已经旅行主要是为了看这个。

我们还偶然发现了这家壁画Speightown玩的时候。它对面就是加勒比海的艺术品画廊是值得一去的。当你走到一个角落里你会觉得这是墙上的壁画,面朝大海。元素具有明显的壁画风化但它仍然是令人愉快的去。还有一些很漂亮的艺术品和剥落的墙壁被涂成一个区域看起来像一个。不过看上去不是吃完还可以做修饰以看起来更加专业和覆盖整面墙。

Just down an alleyway, the mural is hidden. It should be signposted and the area near it cleared. It is extraordinarily 3D in the classic tradition of trompe l'oeil and is a precis of the history of the island. Worth seeing if you are in the area.

Down a little alley you go to this mural on the side of a building. If in the are, do walk over. You won’t be there long.

I just don't get it?
With all the talented artists here, I am sure they could white wash over this then paint something far more vibrant, far more representative of the colours of the Caribbean. I don't want to offend the artist but I struggle to like this. I spent an hour bobbing up and down in the sea the other day and I studied it...all I kept thinking was "what a pity the recent Juma fire did not incinerate this"

An interesting bit of history
