We wanted to paddle the big creek and read that this would be a great spot to put in with parking for our vehicle. Judy was very welcoming and informative about our route, what to avoid, bird species and general knowledge of the area. She kindly offered us bug spray since we’d forgotten about that. Parking was reasonably priced and the access to the clean washroom was much appreciated.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day though be prepared for a bit of a paddle through the marsh area to/from the actual creek.

Went out on cruise for husband's birthday, it was great! Rich is very informative and him and Judy are great people! Third generation business and very accommodating! We saw a lot we never knew existed in the area. Great to see Potahawk as heard so much about the sandbars. Would definitely book pontoon cruise again for us and friends! Loved the boat, very stable right thru waves, like a living room on the water! So comfortable! Loved it!

My friends and I went kayaking at Cronmiller's this weekend. We booked a few days in advance. It was our first time ever kayaking and we had a blast. We took the kayaks out for four hours around the creek/marsh area, which resembles the everglades. We saw several blue herons and a turtle, lots of fish. Kayaking was much easier than I thought it would be, likely because the water here is still and shallow. The owners are very warm and friendly so we had a nice experience with them as well. I highly recommend!

We had booked 2 separate trips with Captain Rich. First day was fishing and the next day a pleasure cruise to Pottohawk. Fantastic days! Rich was so helpful and guided my kids through fishing. So successful that my son caught a 19" small mouth bass.
Would recommend this to anyone!!!!!

We wanted to see Big Creek Marsh from a paddlers perspective: Rented a canoe that was big & stable and easily fit myself (Dad) and 3 boys (11, 9 and 6). We had a great time exploring the marsh - Judy was helpful and fun to talk to, and clearly knew safety for canoes. Enjoyed our rental outing and will be back!

The family went for a 4 hour pontoon charter with Richard as our Captain! We booked even though he was honest with us and said the fishing hasn't been good lately. That being said it really was a delightful 4 hours, Richard was full of history when he took us up close to "The Long Point Company" filling us in other interesting facts about the area. We found enough fish that everyone was catching something and he helped the kids and the ladies with their bait and poles Richard was really quite the gentleman. Overall a wonderful captain, but this is where he got me "hook, line and sinker"! my kids, he treated them as if they were his grandkids, he took note of their names and called them by name as he interacted with them the entire time out, even let them helm the ship for a bit.

We wanted to go Kayak while camping at Long Point and the park ranger suggested going here. The people running the business are very friendly and when we arrived mid-afternoon just wanting to go out for a couple of hours they gave us a price break. Their big friendly Golden Retriever lets them know when a customer has pulled up. They also rent other types of boats. I highly recommend using their business! But be prepared that it is cash only!

We took the kids out for a 3 hour boat ride up the river of Big Creek with loads of birds, watersnakes and rainforest action! Great service and right price (cash only) for a family that needed a break from the awesome beach nearby! Highly recommended for kids 5-10 years with (grand) parents - no permit required since it's an electrical motor with no (noise) pollution for wildlife experience !
