Excellent morning as part of the cook and chill package. Ingredients all prepared, covered 4 recipes smoothly and efficiently and great balance from chef of support while giving us hands on experience. Equipment and ingredients were great and still enjoying the leftovers we brought home.

We attended the ultimate Sunday roast cooking course hosted by Struan, one of the head chefs. We cannot recommend trying the course enough. There was so much we learned however it was extremely fun at the same time. The set up is amazing, staff were lovely and the meal at the end was delicious. The quality from start to finish was extremely high.

We did the quick & simple suppers course which was great, we made some delicious dishes which we got to enjoy on the day with a glass of wine! Chef Ian made it really interesting. We also made a day of it and wandered round the beautiful grounds

A brilliant experience that I would love to do again. The estate is beautiful, the chef was excellent, the food was delicious and we all loved it! A great gift idea!

Well organised, Chef Ian friendly warm professional & we both learnt lots. All ingredients prepped & washing up done by Ian & Charlotte so you can just cook!

A fantastic experience. Friendly, professional staff. Great facilities, fabulous food. Learned such a lot at the cookery school with the wonderful chef Ian. Fabulous spa experience, thankyou Lauren for an amazing facial.

Lovely experience, chef Ian was amazing and so helpful and knowledgable. We made 3 canapés over 3 hours. Location and professionalism was great, I would loved to have covered even more in the course.

Fun, informative and tasty! Ian the instructor chef is knowledgable, clear, helpful and no question is too trivial. Suitable for basic cooks looking to improve or do something a bit different. Great as a present for pairs of people. Gorgeous location too. Everything weighed out ready so your time is spent on the interesting bits. Thoroughly enjoyable.

A very enjoyable few hours learning some new skills and tasting some delicious dishes. There is plenty of equipment to use and plenty of encouragement by the chef.

Great course. Packed with learning. Like a 5 course taster menu that you have been taught to prepare.
Ian the chef was excellent.
Great fun day and learnt a lot

Does the hotel or Kiloland have any water slides or splash pool with slides for young children?

Good morning zozwilks, unfortunately we do not have splash pool or water slides at Swinton Park. We do however have lots of other activities for families and in our Boot Room you will find lots of outdoor coats, wellies, childrens bikes and games should the weather not be good.
We also have a number of childrens cookery classes throughout the year in our Cookery School.
