This is a place and especially a man not to be missed! I went with a group of American teachers, The French Traveler, during an internship in Dijon. Pascal gave us a lot of explanations and history of Burgundy wine, and what makes Burgundy wine unique in the world. He speaks in an interesting way, funny, and with a lot of knowledge. We had a tasting of the various wines, and then he took us to these vineyards to see them. It was an unforgettable experience!

Pascal was amazing. Super helpful, kind, knowledgable and well connected. Can’t recommend enough! It’s the 3rd time he has helped on tours to Burgundy for me.

We had a wonderful tour of Burgundy vineyards - we learned a lot and tasted some lovely wines. Pascal is an expert and unpretentious guide to the world of Burgundy wines.

Pascal is a fabulous Guide. He has an exceptional knowledge of the region and wine and his passion is evident. It was a real pleasure to learn from him. Not to be missed if you are interested in wine.

In June 2022, we were already in Beaune with our family for a few days. A week before our short vacation, we came up with the idea of attending a wine tasting. While looking for options, I came across Pascal's homepage and wrote to him on a whim. Unfortunately, it was too short notice, he himself didn't have time to do a wine tasting with us. But he organized a wine tasting for us in the largest wine cellar in Beaune, and a friend of his looked after us very well. He also took the time one late afternoon to meet with us and tell us a bit about wine. It was very nice, entertaining and educational for us. We felt like we had known each other for longer than just a week. We also got some good restaurant tips from him. Pascal was a great asset to our stay at the time. So when we were planning our trip with friends in May 2023, it was already clear that he had to be there in some way. Luckily it worked out and he took us on a wine tasting in a big cellar in Beaune, which was great - good explanations with lots of expertise and very entertaining. Our friends really enjoyed it too. merci beaucoup, Pascal!

Pascal was such a friendly, patient and wonderful guide on very short notice. The communication was really easy and convenient via WhatsApp and cell phone. He gave us contacts of very impressive and interesting vineyard and wine makers. My boyfriend and I are building a cellar currently, so this is exactly what we wished for. Thank you really much again, most appreciated and recommended

A few months ago we toured again with Pascal Wagner, our wine-land-history-culture-food-fun expert in Burgundy, France. We love Puligny Montrachet, and we love our friend, Pascal. He provides great variety and therefore fun with an expansive French wine overview at both large and small arenas. We have learned much from him in all areas in delightful presentations. We feel at peace and welcomed here. Pascal has very important access. He will do everything possible to enhance your stay! He even went to the grocery store with us!

We had a fantastic tour in the Burgundy wine region by Pascal. We received a lot of interesting information, although we know the region quite well, Pascal was able to create greater insights in the region and the wines. Pascal has as a lot of connections so we were able to visit some nice winemakers and were able to sell some great bottles. Pascal is a very clever and funny person, so not only did we learn a lot, we also laughed a lot !! We had a memorable experience and can recommend this to everyone !
