We booked a small group session to learn how to paddle board having no prior experience. It was a really good location at Papermill lock. Duncan was an excellent tutor and we learnt so much in our session and had so much fun. We got lots of time in the water and was able to spend time practising everything we'd learnt. Thank you Duncan and everyone on the SUPsect team! Ellie

Fantastic group lesson with Duncan yesterday. My first time at paddle boarding and I loved it !! Duncan was a great instructor, very informative and made me feel so relaxed. Easy to find and park and lovely food after in the cafe. Such a lovely setting, will definitely be going back xx

Wow! We had a family lesson with Dunc and Ian and just wow! We had the best time and the instructors were beyond perfect. Kind, approachable, funny and so good natured.
I have wanted to paddle board for ages but I’m so glad I chose to use Supsect for our lesson and cannot recommend them any more highly. After a challenging personal time, yesterday was an absolute highlight and I will hold this memory forever.
Thank you so so so much. Your kindness, warmth, guidance and support for our elderly participants was second to none.
Wishing you the most success and happiness in your business and life. You are a treasured business and should be very proud of what you are offering.

Absolutely brilliant session with Dunc on the beautiful river at Paper Mill Lock. My son and I had great fun and learned so much - Dunc is an amazing teacher and gives you all the confidence, advice and information you need to paddle safely. Thank you so much from both of us. Very highly recommended. I can't wait to go back for more!

We really enjoyed our beginner session with Dunc. After a quick safety and theory briefing we were quickly on the water standing up on the paddleboards. Very wobbly at first, but by the end of the 2 hour session the wobbles had gone.
Really enjoyable and Paper mill lock is a beautiful setting.

Dunc made us feel so safe and confident under your care, the way he explained and taught us all was so calm and encouraging and the boys are still absolutely buzzing from all the tricks he taught them.
We couldn't have asked for a more fun way to spend time as a family and we are so grateful!

Absolutely brilliant. My wife my 12 Yr old daughter and I spent 2 great hours with Dunc guiding us through a beginners lesson.
His enthusiasm and teaching style is superb, my daughter is not sporty and gets anxious but Dunc was unbelievable.
3 very happy customers who are now converts to the sport.

Absolutely fantastic day for my girls aged 15 and 17 learning to paddle board.
Excellent tuition delivered in a relaxed a beautiful setting. The teachers were brilliant and both girls felt comfortable, and were standing up, confidently very quickly following tuition. There was lots of falling in, but that was all part of the fun!
Really friendly atmosphere, Dunc and the other teachers are extremely patient, encouraging and full of expert advice, before, during and after the lesson.
I cannot find one fault, great time had by all and they cannot wait to go again.

I was totally out of my comfort zone with this experience but I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Duncan helped me achieve my aims and I can’t wait to paddle again, The boards and equipment used were of a very high quality and Duncan is a superb communicator. Great fun and very good value,

Great experience on the river Chelmer paddle boarding.Duncan was a great instructor and very patient, top man 👍.Would highly recommend doing this experience very relaxing.
