Hi, We would love to have your family over but your precious son is still quiet young and there is a lot of activity going on at Island Organics. We prefer children attending to be 9 years and up for safety reasons. Perhaps on another visit to Samui :)

Hi, yes absolutely... We often have veg and vegan guests in our classes :) Chef Lat can accommodate all dietary needs. We are all about pure, healthy and chemical free produce.

I would let them know in advance. Note that peanuts are used in the papaya salad but I'm sure they can arrange for special dietary restrictions and allergies. Email directly before you book. They are very accommodating. It's a great class!
