Having left organising our activities in Levi to the last minute, we had to do everything ourselves, including getting all our hire gear. The tourist office recommended Elan and we were very satisfied by the experience.
We were renting cross country skis and the staff helped us quickly and efficiently, getting us all the gear we needed in less than 20 minutes. They were very relaxed about the rental length and even kept our boots for us as we skied that day.
The gear was excellent quality (having experienced cross country ski rentals in France, we were blown away) and well priced.
Returning and paying for the gear was also simple.
If I were to return to Levi, I'm sure I'd rent my gear here again.

Wanted to demo a ski I was interested in buying for the coming Australian season (starts in about 8 weeks). Loved the skis and when I returned them was offered a new pair at a price I could not refuse. Great people who know their stuff. Preferred the personal service to the look of the big production line rental store at Zero Point. Booking online with 10% discount is a bonus.

We rented all of our outer gear from here. We got trousers, jacket, gloves and boots. All were excellent quality and kept us extremely warm even with temps at -24. We also got to try the gear on and swap anything for smaller/bigger sizes which was great as saved having to make a possible trip back. We also liked the trouser and jacket separate rather than the all in ones we saw other people with out and about. Very friendly staff. We’ve just booked Levi again and will 100% rent our gear here again.

Our second visit to Levi and this time I did my homework and found Elan ski hire. The kit was excellent and much better value and quality than we had first time. Staff were helpful and friendly too. Book online before you go for best prices.

Great service with a large range of ski gear available. Very reasonable prices as it was, but adding the 10% online discount was a real bonus. Just 150m from the bottom of Zero Point slopes or the bus stop to the other slopes. They didn't mind looking after us beginners either!!! Would definitely recommend!

One day price for set is 32 euros. Renting from us, you pay after, for the days you've been used, so no need to know advance how many days you are skiing.
Unfortunately, we dont have any lockers to hire, these you can find from Zero Point.

Hi we are travelling to Levi in December this year and are new to snow skiing. We are 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 10. Our question is: we would like to book online to save the 10% but we are unsure what we would need. What can you recommend we do. Also can you help with private ski lessons for us. Hello Sonja and welcome to Levi!
To start skiing you need skiing equipment; skis, boots and poles (this is all included in the skiset) and also helmet is highly recommended.
You can just make the reservation via internet or write us a mail and we do that for you. Let us know your, shoesize, weight and height and what day you are arriving.
Ski lessons you can book from Levi Ski School, (levi web site). I recommend to take a lesson, which makes the learning easier.

Arriving 31st January can I ask the rental cost for all mountain skis size 170ish for 6 days I have my own but depending on cost may rent save lugging them around the airport.

Price for standard skis for six day is 64€ and for more professional skis 100€. The price is for skis only, not for a set.
Depending off your airlines, might be even cheaper to rent a pair. You can find more info about the rental prices visiting our website and you can also make a reservation there if you like.
