It is a beautiful park and remains a beautiful park.
We went there today as photographers from the Heartbeat foundation.
For the children with the wheelchairs, the slopes were sometimes a bit difficult, but that does not outweigh the fun they had.

Superb park, themes of very worked and immersive attractions.
They are quite numerous, there is something for everyone. The park is not very big, its topography while in elevation (old mine) makes you spend your time up and down stairs, very unusual! But it gives charm to this park where everything is intertwined and yet each theme is well separated from its neighbor.
Quality shows, we feel that this park wants to reach the level of the greatest.
Food and drink from everywhere is quite expensive as in all parks, but the quality is there and it is diverse (in the style of Europa Park ). Clean sanitary and German rigor everywhere too.
No or little waiting for us these days, no need of the paid pass to go faster, we were able to do several times the major attractions of the park while enjoying all the others (except Talocan, closed for work) in two days on the park.
Only small flats, it lacks a few souvenir shops, no or few "goodies". Attraction staff are sorely lacking in smiles and kindness (not all, but unfortunately most), few speak English and even less French, practically no attraction has foreign language displays or explanations, everything is in German (it reminds me of Port Aventura, 25 years ago when they were not too used to foreign customers, they have adapted since then, so all hope is allowed).
The closing hours of shops also coincide with those of Attraction and Park (for us 6pm), it’s a little early and no way, once the attractions are closed to land a few minutes for a drink before leaving the park and its relative “rush”.
Review, two really pleasant days , a park that deserves the detour and to be known, if we ignore some details.

The individual attractions are sometimes very good. The routing is poorly done and there are no visible signs and maps. Despite the rather small size of the park, clear orientation is only possible after a few rounds. It was striking that there were really smoking people on every corner. As a non-smoker, there is hardly any chance of not being smoked directly at bottlenecks. Just to protect the many children, at least a large part of the park should be smoke-free. Staff are little to see. At the attractions partly very friendly and positive, partly contrary and listless.

Not suitable for children.
Phantasialand no longer has imagination.Beautiful and child-friendly attractions had to give way for more action.
Children are fobbed off mut climbing trails.Can also go to the playground.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could also visit attractions together as a family instead of just taking turns with childcare to be able to do something yourself. Otherwise you sit stupidly next to it and watch the children instead of experiencing something together

Pros: Even children under 1.40m tall can use some fast tracks. This is not the case in a comparable park further south on the Rhine.
Neutral: Value for money and waiting times - Visit was Monday - acceptable
Very negative: Rides don't open until an hour after the park opens - lost time
Cons: frequent disturbances in individual rides: apparently the maintenance of the usually older tracks is skimped on.
Cons: Path network confusing, a few boards with overview plans more would be helpful, also signposts not only to the rides (sufficiently available), but also to the themed areas.
Cons: sometimes confused indications of waiting be faults, at least the expected duration of a fault should be communicated

It was observed that not all seats in amusement rides were occupied despite a waiting time of one hour, and that ineligible children were not rejected at all or only at the start of the queue - this is much better solved in the above-mentioned park.

Today we went to the amusement park, although the fun was far away. Giga pressure, huge lines. Then you think “I am also at the weekend so of course it is busy”. But there are not normally many disruptions, which means that waiting times are increasing.

Unfortunately a rather negative experience. For one thing, the park was way too crowded (waiting times from 70 minutes) and then out of nowhere I was insulted and laughed at by an employee while waiting. I tried to contact the park because in my opinion such behavior is not possible but there was no response. Too bad, my last visit was there. The food was also far too expensive and partly inedible (rancid churros and salted noodles).

Directions to the correct parking are unclear (guests not staying at the hotels must go to China Town or the Mystery). At the bar you pay 7€ and then you are well addressed by the operators.
From car parks 1 and 2 entrance to the park is only possible if you already have a ticket (there are no cash desks).
Once you enter you can immediately perceive the level of thematization of the various areas, largely extremely well-kept. The park, rather labyrinthine and full of stairs, is full of very useful displays to be able to reach the various attractions.
The coasters, water attractions and drop tower are fantastic, some with much more unique tracks than you might expect. Excellent length and duration of most attractions. The only out of tunes to report are the poor state of total abandonment in which Wakobado finds itself and the fairly mediocre quality of attractions such as 4D cinema, the mad house and the haunted castle in China. Extreme ATTENTION is to be paid to the adventurous path in Africa, which I sincerely feel to advise everyone, especially children.
Fortunately we found low attendance, so we managed to do everything and repeat up to three times the best attractions in two days of visiting.
The times shown on the displays were 80% of the time totally wrong, really without any logic.
I highly recommend arriving extremely calmly at the park, which while opening at 9:00, opens most attractions not at 10:00 (as indicated by site), but at least at 10:30. In fact, around 10:10/20 the queues at most attractions start in April, but they start to let people in several minutes later. Just in the morning you will find yourself in the longest and most nerve-wracking queues, because since almost everything is closed, people concentrate only on open attractions.
Very nice shows Battle of the Best and Nobis, really talented the various artists.
In general, the food proposal is very varied, without spending a madness you can make very tasty meals and snacks. Crunchy Tarte flambé, irresistible churros.
Pretty useless app: you can't use it as an interactive map and there's no lens to search for attractions, shows or dining options. Moreover, the site of the park is really badly organized, unintuitive, not at all schematic and unnerving enough to consult to organize the visit well.
In summer I recommend light clothing even if the temperatures are low, because the indoor rows are quite suffocating.

Fantastic park! Very nice themed. Everything looks great! Nice attractions, both the coasters but also the shows. Pleasure that you can see everywhere how long you can expect to queue. With us it was 30m for the big attractions and 5a10m for small attractions. Tip: do not start with the big attractions, you may lose a lot of time while there are much shorter queues in the evening.

As a long-time fan of the park, some criticism is allowed here: 'Phantasia' is increasingly fading into the background, with an increasing focus on ultra-action and high-tech. The 'moon lake' has deteriorated into Lost Place, the show in the conservatory used to be drastically better - a pity.

Als je het hotel er bijgeboekt heb moet je goed kunnen praten om het voor elkaar te krijgen. Mijn geluk was dat ik een mail had gestuurd of ik mijn scoormobiel kon opladen daar had het hotel ja op verteld. Ander was het me niet gelukt
