We booked the Mekong Trail from Stung Treng to Kratie with Xplore ambodia in Stung Treng. They provided the mountain bikes, the boat and guide on the second day, the transport of our luggage (which we didn't need during the trail) and the transport of the bicycles back to Stung Treng. Everything was perferctly organised and worked out as planned. The trail is challenging, but really worth the money and the experience. Tira and Mai from xplore cambodia in Stund treng did a fantastic job.

We did a whole-day tour visiting the dolphins, waterfalls and kayaking. Our super friendly guide Terah made all our wishes possible. They also helped us booking our next destinations. Even though the trip is very pricy we can highly recommend it. Most of the money seems to go to the local communities with which they work closely together.

We had a perfect tour: watching dolphins, trekking to the waterfalls and kayaking through the wetlands. Also a great lunch at 4000 islands. Our guide mr Theara gave a lot of information. This tour will definitely be one of the highlights of our holiday

Nous sommes allés voir cette agence pour organiser un tour pour voir les dauphins du mekong et la flooded forest. Nous avons dû abandonner au vu des prix tout simplement fous.
Après nous avons voulu leur acheter deux billets de mini-van pour faire Stung Treng - Banlung. Nous hesitions car nous trouvions ça cher mais le gérant qui parle très bien anglais nous sort un couplet sur le fait qu'il ne vend que des services dont il est sûr de la qualité. Résultat? On s'est retrouvé avec 1h30 de retard pour 2h de trajet, 15 personnes pour 12 places, des paquets à livrer plein le van et des enfants quasiment sur nos genoux en train de vomir.
L'homme malgré qu'il présente bien s'est moqué de nous.
A éviter donc!

Nous avons prix le bus avec cette agence qui nous a fait payer plus cher que le prix touristique normal et qui nous a fait voyager comme des locaux... Nous étions 20 dans un mini van censé pouvoir accueillir 15 personnes. C'est sans compté tout le matériel transporté...
Concernant les excursions, les prix sont juste indécents... 100$ pour faire un tour en bateau...

Die Kajaktour war super schön, spannend zwischen den Bäumen die später dann wieder an Land stehen durch zufahren.
Die Delfine hätte man nicht zwingend sehen müssen, vorallem weil es hier nur 3 Tiere hat, diese wurden durch den Bau eines laotischen Staudammes in einem der Seitenarme aus dem üblichen Pool vertrieben. Auch fahren hier alle laotischen Besucher mit den Booten hin, so das mir die Tiere eigentlich nur leid tun, dieser Lärm durch die knatternden Boote sind für die Tiere sicher Stress pur. Leider haben wir das erst im Nachhinein erfahren, so dass ich heute diesen Teil streichen würde.
Dafür war der Besuch von Laos wo die alte verlotterte französiche Eisenbahn gezeigt wird witzig und spannen.

We really enjoyed the many different aspects of this day trip- seeing the dolphins, doing a hike, seeing the waterfalls and then eating a great lunch right in front of them, but the highlight was definitely kayaking the flooded forest! Our guide had excellent English and was very friendly. Highly recommend this trip!

The guy of Xplore Asia is really nice and sympathic. He has good bicicles and when one wheel was broken, he gave us a new one. He waited for the bus with us and even offered breakfast when the bus was late. Nevertheless (not shure if it was on purpose or not) crossing the border with his bus ticket caused some massive problems in Vietnam and calling him was not helpfull.

We really enjoyed the trip. Boat trip on the Mekong river, dolphin watching, hike up to the waterfall, and kayakking in the flooted forest. Really friendly english speaking tour guide, and well organized.
