Absolutely loved this place. We came here on May bank holiday weekend to both velocity & Fforest coaster loved every minute of it. Staff were very professional and friendly . Would definitely go here again

Not worth the price at all. They charge £95 for a 1 min zipline which doesn’t even travel at anywhere near 100mph! My personal zipline experience was travelling at 55mph (I calculated this using the distance provided and time from the video) and honestly I would not have paid £90+ for the experience. They charge an additional £18 for the video which we were misold and told that the camera filmed both ways but it only films you and a bit of the view. Overall poor experience and would not recommend.

I received my birthday present today. It was great, very beautiful and certainly the adrenaline was at its max.
The staff were very friendly, funny and cool.
I just want to give a piece of advice without offending anyone from the organizers: we paid for a video, but when we got it, we realized it was actually a selfie video and I was very disappointed. It's very beautiful there and in our opinion, the video can record in front of and around us, instead of a selfie.
Thank you once again for the positive emotions you gave us. 🌞😊

Me and my boyfriend brought each other the Velocity 2 Zip line experience for our birthdays. We waited until warmer weather to visit and we were very glad we did as it was a glorious day when we visited.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the staff on the zip line platforms put you at ease and made you feel very safe.
The views from the zip line are amazing! The colour of the quarry lake was stunning! Such an amazing experience and would recommend this place to anyone. We are looking at coming back to do some of the other activities on offer as they all look great!

We did the ziplining experience and it was amazing and so much fun! The staff were really experienced and efficient which is good when you're flying at 100mph down a wire from the height of the empire state building! You start with the 'small' zipwire and are then taken up the quarry to the big zip wire. The journey isn't the most comfortable or quickest as you're sat on wooden benches in the rear of large trucks with plastic windows but you are travelling through a working quarry so there arent many options!
This isn't for the faint hearted but it's an absolutely fantastic experience and I can't wait to go back

Amazing experience. Staff and safety was excellent. Well worth a go at this 100mph experience and viewing platform from the cafe is great.

A must do bucket list item was fantastic. The staff totally Professional you felt safe and cared for even when zipping down the quarry at 100mph
The ride in the truck to the top on a sunny day was fabulous, breathtaking views. Finally the cafe served good drinks and fresh food with a great viewing area for those who are not ready to take the heights and rush.
I cannot fault the experience, the staff and the area 5 out of 5

Did the zip wire at zip world Bethesda. The whole process from booking, arrival, doing the activity was very straightforward. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great safety protocols and the experience was first rate

Im due to zipline tomorrow on Phoenix. it says max Weight is 130kg . Can you be up to 130kg or do you need to be under this, if so by how much?

No if you want to video it you have to pay for the zip world camera to be attached to the helmet. They then give you a link for the full video and also some edits that include some extra footage of the experience.

Hi, You are are required to walk a short distance (less than 3 minutes walk) back from the landing site after completing the Zipline.
The footpath is compacted slate waste so can be uneven underfoot, there is however no steep hills.
It's says up to 2 hours how many goes do you on the zip line

There are 2 zip lines you go on. The first one you walk to (3 mins) and is the shorter (30 secs) flight across the lake. You then take a "Truck" ride up to the second zipline which is the high one Velocity 2. The truck ride takes approx 20 mins and the views are stunning. After taking photos at the view point (Be sure to take your phone for photos. You can then store your phone in the secure pouch on your zip suit) you queue for the main zip line. 55 seconds travelling at 100mph. You have the opportunity to ride again on the main zip line for a fee (£35 on the day we were there). The whole thing does take around 2 hours with waiting time at both zip lines. So you get ONE ride on each of the 2 zip lines for your booking fee.
How does the weigh in process work? Do you get weighed in front of everyone in your group?

The weighing is done as part of the initial briefing. You queue for a set of scales that the staff can see the readout but it’s not visible to everybody. They then write your weight in kilos on your wristband. Staff at the top check this when they rig you.
Weight limits change depending on the weather and they are not very consistent at applying this. You may get to the top and be turned away. Then all the over weight limit people go back to the bottom on a truck.
