Hi, I hope someone can help me with this question. I hope to take a bus from Tokyo station which would take us straight to Gotemba premium outlets. Read from website that this bus can be taken from Tokyo Yaesu South exit but i am not sure which bus stand this would be from as there are many bus stands there and it could be quite confusing. Thanks in advance

Hi, I plan to travel to Gotemba Premium Outlet from Kawaguchiok and then go back to Tokyo from the outlet. The thing is I found that buses leave from the outlet to various stations in Tokyo at 4:30 pm. Does anyone know what other ways I can use to go back to Tokyo at a later time? Appreciate any advise on the above. Thanks.

Hi! We are planning on using the website: Japan Expressway Bus Net to reserve/buy the round trip tickets since we might run out of seats during Golden Week. After we reserve and pay for the tickets online, do we have to go to Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to claim the official tickets that we present to the bus driver? Or will the website send a confirmation email along with the official tickets which we have to print out and present in the bus? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi! Me and my family are staying in the Shinjuku area and want to go to Gotemba Premium Outlets. So I found this website: JAPAN EXPRESSWAY BUS NET, where you can buy roundtrip bus tickets from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to Gotemba and back. My question is: is it possible to reserve the roundtrip tickets without paying and then go to the ticket counter/vending machine in Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal to pay and claim the tickets? Or Do we have to pay for the tickets online and then claim them in Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal? (Same question for the option to Pick the tickets up in a Convenience Store: can we reserve the tickets first online without paying and then claim them in the store, or de we have to pay first online and then go to the convenience store?)

Dear all, I have JR Tokyo Wide Pass. My route is Tokyo-Kawaguchiko-Gotemba(by bus)-Tokyo(by???) How routes Gotemba to Tokyo and maximize my Tokyo Wide Pass? I heard the Tokyo Wide Pass doesn’t cover all routes and trains from Gotemba to Tokyo. Thank you
