Très belle expérience, la promenade en bateau
vaut la peine, nous avions un guide qui nous a suivie tout au long de la visite.
Le coup d'entré était de 30 000 Kip/personne et la promenade en bateau était de 100 000 Kip/ pers.

Très belle grotte aménagée avec différents éclairages.
Vous payez tout de suite à l entree de "la route"
L entrée de la grotte seule est de 30 000 kip/ pers. Mais vous pouvez aussi continuer la visite en bateau ( 100 000 kip/ pers) petite navigation sur le lac souterrain de la grotte et suite de la visite dans sa grotte et la c est splendide !!!!! Petits chemins, pont suspendu... Prévoir une paire de baskets ! C est assez sportif mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine !!!!!!! Foncez!!!!

This cave is worth visiting. It has been well lit up and the walk ways are good. The boat ride requires 2 hours. So though I had planned to go for one, I could not do it due to lack of time. If one is visiting Thakek, this is a must. There is a good resort, recently developed near it, which again due to shortage of time, I could not visit, on ther Mekong.

I found it interesting.Except they charge you 30,000 kip which suppose to include a noat ride.There was know boat ride offered.Beware there is two signs showing where the exit is located.Don't take the second one if you think you are getting out.Please follow it to the top but remember you cannot get out by the second exit.I think they are playing tricks,but it is worth seeing it though.Just remember it is slippery .

Entry price is 30,000 Kip, or I believe for 50,000 Kip you can take a boat ride on the underground lake. I didn’t do this as I had too much electrical equipment with me and I read online that you have to get out of the boat and heave it over some rocks to continue through the cave. I didn’t fancy that.
The cave itself is absolutely enormous. The concrete stairs and rails reminded me of Hogwarts. There’s plenty to explore if you don’t want to do the boat ride. Parts of the cave are lit up with different coloured neon lights which bought out the jagged edges of some of the formations on the ceiling of the cave.
At the entrance there’s a tunnel made out of fairy lights which you have to walk through to get to the main cavern.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience on the Thakhek loop.

Would highly recommend this cave! Tickets are 30,000 kip for entry or 50,000 kip for entry & boat ride and after reading reviews on trip advisor recommending the boat ride we decided to take this option, and this was definitely a highlight of the cave visit!
Allow for about two hours in the cave, we arrived at 3.30pm and left at 5.15pm, as I understand they close at 5.30 but I could have easily spent a bit more time exploring!
It took about half an hour in a tuktuk to drive out there and the tuktuk driver waited for us.

After reading the description in the guidebook, we weren’t convinced about visiting this cave, however as we had a spare day in Thahkek we decided to go. We are glad we did as it turned out to be the best cave we’ve ever seen. Entrance fee is 30,000 each and includes entry to the east side of the cave (not that amazing), however for a further 20,000 per person you can take the boat ride to the west side of the cave. This is a must!!! The boat ride is spectacular (700m) and once you get off the boat on the west side, the guide gave us a tour of the cave (about an hour and a bit walking) which was incredible. It was also super quiet and we were the only tourists there so we had the whole cave to ourself! If you do one thing in Thakhek, do this!
