Fabulous evening on the river .Food was tasty and freshly cooked .Drinks were served to us .We had fantastic music to which we all danced our socks off ..Fabulous is the only way to describe it ,a memorable trip ,both day time and Suset ,you must make it part of your South Goa Experience

Had a lovely boat trip with Bettys such good value you do need to book early as they get fully booked very quickly .1200 rupees each and apart from the boat excursion we had water as many mojito cocktails as wanted a chicken satay skewer ,prawns and a roll , king fish with veg rice and salad all freshly cooked on the boat .

A great day trip. We saw huge birds ? Eagles/kites? We saw 9 dolphin's including 1 baby. Food was great very tasty. A very peaceful day lots of bird song.

Betty's Place Boattrips offer various boat tours. We have been regulars for the day and sunset tours for several years. It is always a wonderful experience to be on board. With a bit of luck you can see many different birds and other animals. The guys on board take care of the food and drinks. Everything is included. We are always impressed by the great food and the attentive service. Many thanks to the crew and see you next year. Mike and Barbara Gasteiger

We were taken first out to sea passing on the way 50 or so of the local fishing fleet tied up along the banks with crews sorting out their nets and washing etc. We also saw divers working off canoes collecting clams.
The sea was pretty calm with just a very slight swell and we saw around 25 dolphin sightings including one mother and calf.
Returning then to the river area we sailed inland quite some distance passing some beautiful riverbank houses on the way. We were now being served drinks. Mojitos to start with and continue with if you wished but also G&Ts and beers. Then came garlic prawns and when we stopped motoring amidst the mangroves we were served some delicious fish with salad followed by fresh fruit salad.
The whole trip lasted over 4.5 hours and was very much enjoyed by us and it seemed everyone else on the boat. The cost was 1400 IR each. I certainly ate and drank that value not counting the cruise itself. Even if the cost had been 2000 IR it would have been good value

Would honestly recommend this trip to anyone! It was absolutely fab ! Great food and fantastic bar service ( thank you Jerry ) it’s a must do if visiting cavelossim! 10/10

Value for money on this trip was unbelievable, excellent food, service and brilliant friendly staff. Went out to sea first and seen plenty of Dolphins, we were wined and dined unbelievably well. Started with chicken satay followed by prawns in a delicious sauce then fish, salad and vegetable rice a dish of chicken tikka finishing off with fresh fruit laced with honeybee every thing cooked fresh in front of us on the boat. Plenty of drink available both alcoholic and soft drinks. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We had a fantastic time floating down the river. The drinks flowed and the food was excellent and plentiful. It was lovely to see the fisherman collecting the cockles as we floated along. For the price we paid it was a brilliant trip. Definitely recommend it if you want to totally relax for 4hours.

12,500 INR each for almost 5 hours all inclusive with great food.
Sadly the tide was out so the boat was unable to go to sea for dolphin watching, but the river was so calm and beautiful. It was lovely to see the fishing boats and people fishing on the river, as well as the abundance of bird life.
Alcoholic or soft drinks were plentiful and readily available. The food was outstanding! Chicken kebabs, followed by prawns in sauce and then the freshest and tastiest fish we had all holiday, which was served with rice and salad.
We would recommend this to anyone.

A private hire of the boat by a large group.
Great food, which was very generously proportioned, a choice of cocktails, beer and soft drinks available for free.
The boat trip was approx 4 hours long, and a good deal of time was spent at sea watching the dolphins.
A gentle cruise up and down the river whilst lunch was served made for a perfect trip.
Great value.

How do you book a trip from Bettys? Can’t find any website and the email doesn’t work.

Just get there number from the trip advisor and call them for booking, they will ask your details and will book without charging upfront anything.
But generally please call at least one day advance.They will charge only after the trip is completed.
