Great different girls night out!

Me and the girls did our first escape game! Alcatraz at Swansea's The Escape Game. It was great we had an amazing time. It was interesting, fun and different! Definately recommend going as a group :-) Dan looked after us and he was brilliant (again, he looked after us when we went axe throwing last year and was lovely with us then). Can't wait for our next room!

I have been coming here since last year everytime me and my friends go it's amazing the rooms are great and the workers are funny and amazing people who make you feel comfortable and welcome

Good scare/ a bit of a mess up.

We went here on Saturday 23/11 - at 4:30pm to do the Hostel escape room, we had only done one escape room before here, and we managed to escape that, we have managed to escape this one too but not by our skill, by pure luck, a few things hadn't been set up correctly in the room which lead us to skip a few puzzles. Jordan had explained and apologised, but nothing offered in any compensation for e.g. a game of another one (as there was no one else there or anything booked). He was great as a host and great and very apologetic to it, but it lead us to feel deflated as we hadn't actually completed it. never the less, Kudos to Jordan and good hospitality

A good laugh/scare

I chose the hostel room for our first go at the escape room (with my step daughter and her husband). Jordan, who was our game master, was very friendly, funny and welcoming! We didn't complete it and might not have been the best trio to have entered the room but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be back to solve it!

Amazing rooms and staff

I've been to this place a couple of times and both have been amazing fun. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making for an all round enjoyable experience
The game master Jordan is one of the most enthusiastic individuals I've ever met

Escape Room, Llanelli - Alcatraz

Six of us went tonight to go escape alcatraz! We did it, just - 8.12 left! But I have to say, the game master, Jordan was excellent! He was very accommodating, and very helpful with our hints! We are definitely coming back to try out Hostel! Thank you Jordan for giving us an amazing experience!

This escape room was absolutely amazing. Safe to say, the most enjoyable one I've visited so far. The detail in the room was fantastic, the challenges were tough but hugely satisfying. This was the first horror-room I've been to, and though I am rather skittish, I loved the thrill. Even though it was a horror-theme, they didn't use this theme as a crutch to have simple puzzles, the puzzles were innovative and relied on team-work. Jordan was our Game Master, and he was very skilled and banterous, helping us along the way. Talisha was also very personable and the whole experience from start to end was a huge laugh. I cannot recommend it enough.

Escape from the hostel!

We visited in September 2019 as a group of 6 to try to beat the hostel room. We've done a few escape rooms with this company and they are all 5*. We managed to escape the hostel with 4 minutes to spare! The room itself is absolutely fantastic with great attention to detail. I will say that the room is terrifying so maybe not for the faint hearted... Especially if the game master is feeling particularly vengeful! Jordan introduced us to the game and explained how to get started, what to do, what not to do etc. He was also very generous with hints and tips on the screen for us. I would thoroughly recommend the hostel and any other escape room hosted by this brand as they are fantastic. We had an amazing time even though we all left there with our hearts racing!
