Yes. The cafe has now moved to Universal Marina at Sarisbury Green now and dogs are very welcome. It is cosy and has a log burner for cooler days.

Many thanks for your interest in our Blue Box Sailing Experiences. For a more experienced sailor I would recommend either the Ocean Race Yacht Experience - Match Race or our Whitbread 60 Experience. If you think the participants would enjoy a longer day then the Round the Island version of both experiences is also available - the Clipper 60 Round the Island Match Race and Whitbread 60 Round the Island Experience. The main difference between the experiences is that the racing experiences run aboard our fleet of matched Clipper 60 Ocean Race Yachts, which were originally raced around the world by amateur sailors as part of the Clipper 60 Round the World Yacht Race and the Whitbread 60 experiences run aboard Blueprint, a former monohull speed record holder and runner up in the professional Whitbread 60 Round the World Race. Hi Many thanks for your question about the experiences that we run. We offer a range of experiences suitable for complete novices through to experienced sailors. Sue has mentioned lots of detail about the days and I notice from her previous review that she took part in the Half Day Sailing Experience, which is our entry level experience designed for newcomers to yacht sailing. This experience runs on our Clipper 60 yachts, which were originally raced around the world by a crew of 15 amateur sailors as part of the famous Clipper Round the World Race. However as your son is an experienced sailor I would recommend one of the experiences aboard our Whitbread 60 for him. Our Whitbread 60 experiences have been designed especially for experienced sailors and offer participants the opportunity to sail aboard a professional Ocean Race Yacht and former monohull speed record holder. This yacht is much faster than our Clippers and was raced round the world by a crew of 12 professional sailors in the Whitbread Round the World Race, now the Volvo Ocean Race. There is lots for all the participants to do on board, with the opportunity to as actively involved in sailing the yacht as the participant wishes.
