It is a small shop just a few miles before Munnar. It has a range of teas and some spices too. Staff was courteous and helpful

Hier wird die Teeverarbeitung von der Ernte bis zum Endprodukt vorgeführt. Wir wurden von einem älteren Herrn durch die Produktionsstrasse geführt und er erklärte uns jeden Schritt ausführlich. Wir durften den Tee in den einzelnen Produktionsstufen anfassen und riechen. Am Ende des Weges gelangt man in den Verkaufsraum. Hier kann man das frische Produkt erwerben. Besuch: Empfehlenswert.

It’s a short tour where you basically see a video and then see the plant from far , was not greatly impressed but definitely was left with mote knowledge on tea

This place is the closest you can get to visiting a real tea plantation that's working but you see very very little of what you want to see. there's a small area of tea that you can walk in, and there was some interest artefacts and a film (but with a toddler we gave the movie a miss)

The museum is attached to a working tea plantation originally British owned back in colonial days. The Tata organisation then took it over and now it's owned and run by a worker's cooperative. Beautiful to look at and fascinating to see and understand the history. We has a good walk around and a guided tour and, afterwards, visited another element that carries on the social benefits first set up by the colonials and which still provide schooling, healthcare and a comprehensive social package for workers and their families. If you have time go to the "Differently Abled" cooperative and see what the get up to.

I had been to many other tea factories, but here, I thoroughly enjoyed each and every tea making process. Also, I bought several homemade chocolates of different varieties and many spices and tea too. They provide you a cup of tea at the end of the tour. It is very tasty.

Plenty of shopping options.
Coffee, tea, chocolates and more.
There is a tea bar inside, lots of different kinds of teas featuring local tea crops, plenty of great tasting breads and pastries made by local school kids. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty they were.

Hi!
I am not too sure. My husband paid for it. But it wasn't much, I remember. The tour is not too long. Gets over in 30 minutes. It is the purchases and view that makes it worthwhile.
