Une cata, vol annulé 3 fois .. pas de report possible car billet périmé. Vraiment pas commerciale .. en achetant le billet, j’avais bien spécifié que j’habitais à 600 km et donc que je venais que quelque fois par ans, ils m’ont assuré que cela ne poserait pas de soucis et à chaque fois les vols ont été annulés à cause de la météo et plus de report possible car j ai acheté le billet il y a trop longtemps .. donc j ai perdu l argent ! Je déconseille fortement !

Be patient if the flight is postponed. Even several times. The climatic conditions must be in line with the flight of this superb "balloon". You will not regret it!. Fabulous. Flying over the trees in the valley ..... without noise , in this gondola and with this captain handling everything with dexterity and experience . Captain's comments in keeping with everything else. Extraordinary experience with my grandchildren. From our arrival, with the inflation of the balloon, to take-off and landing everything was perfectly explained to us. Our aeronaut, Captain Ludo, masters perfectly the handling of his balloon, my grandchildren were impressed to be able to pick some tree branches during our flight. Small coffee on arrival then small cup of sparkler on arrival, everything is done for customer satisfaction. I would especially not like to forget all the personnel who revolve around Captain Ludo a big thank you to them too, they deserve it.

Meet in the morning early to enjoy the best flying conditions and as a bonus, a magnificent sunrise. After the safety instructions, Captain Ludo proceeds to take off. What an enchantment, quiet, magnificent view of the surrounding villages. Captain, why is it so brief?

Captain LUDO was very precise about the information on speed altitude etc and also about safety instructions. he answered all the questions asked on the ground. Thanks also to his whole team for their good care and kindness!

Air christening offered for my birthday. What a joy, great experience. The communication is perfect. Read the messages well and everything will be fine. Watch out for punctuality, it's very important. Captain Ludo and his team are all adorable and have been working out since time. The reception, the taking into account, the flight, the return everything is perfectly organized with great equipment. No room for improvisation. A rare professionalism these days. Follow the simple and clear instructions and like me you will have a great time. I recommend, I will go back. It is a moment of fullness and calm, almost of contemplation to live absolutely.
