My husband and I enjoyed a wine tasting. Great staff, know their wines. They even had a selection of non alcoholic wine red and white wine. Thry no longer have the alcohol free peach wine.

This was our second trip here and because of the time of year/weather, it was pretty empty and we had the full attention of the person doing the tastings. I have to say their wine isn't the most fantastic, but the tasting room is nice, there is a lot to choose from and the person we were speaking with was fun and interesting. We were not rushed at all. I tried a couple of their 'international' offerings and one has potential (needs to age a bit more, as they readily admitted). I think the other one was OK, too. I also tried one of their Bricklayer series which was nice. They had some pretty good deals on the Girl's Night Out (GNO) line. The location is not picturesque, but the building and tasting room are quite nice.

Colio is a winery that has something for everyone. The wines we tried were the Pinot Grigio, Reisling, and the Girls Night Out Series. Although not available for tasting we left with a cherry amaretto, red velvet and strawberry watermelon... all from the girls night out series. They also produce a sangria. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

stopped in on a wine tour, great wine and friendly staff. Prices of the wine was very reasonable and my wine was on sale, so we bought a case lol. Also bought other great wines to try with guest at parties.

My husband and I stopped in during our wine tour of the region. We were curious to do some tastings here, as they are well-known for their Girls Night Out wines.
The building is beautiful, both the exterior and interior. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Visitors get 3 complimentary wine-tastings, but they are not able to try from their full wine list, only from the ones on the daily menu. We started with a sparkling, then a riesling blend and then their Bricklayer's Cab-Merlot blend. Overall, the wines are inexpensive, but as avid wine-drinkers we found them underwhelming.

The Colin Estate Winery is a beautiful location for a stop on your wine tour. The tasting room is large and roomy and the hosts most accommodating.
Here you can taste up to 4 complimentary wines for free and they do make some great wines here. In addition to their nice array of whites and reds they do make the Girls Night Out line of wines with less alcohol and a much fruitier taste.
For me the crisp whites are well priced and quite tasty and it is a good place to stop at on a wine tour or just out and about in Essex County.

Everyone will recall seeing “Girls Night Out” at LCBO....which is a fun and large wine selection, but really looking forward to enjoying my bottle of Bricklayer Syrah.
