Gemakkelijk online te regelen.De fietsen stonden al klaar voor ons toen wij aankwamen.
Na een duidelijke uitleg van de fietsen konden we op pad.

Al vaker geweest voor zowel tandem, mountainbike als elektrische fiets en bakfiets. Keer op keer vriendelijk en geduldig geholpen, uitleg over gebruik. Materiaal altijd in goede staat! Fijn adres voor een mooie dag uit!

We loved our day of bike riding, it was seriously the highlight of the trip! The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us good tips on what routes to take. We spent 6 hours going to the different fields and they were so beautiful it took my breath away. I wish we would have spent the whole day bike riding instead of going into Keukenhof afterwards, after seeing the natural fields and being away from people Keukenhof was too many people and just didn't do it for me. I would love to do this again one day.

Nous avons loué 4 e-bikes sans savoir que nous réservions chez Van Dam. Car c'est l'hôtel qui a joué les intermédiaires. Si cette façon de faire est intéressante car les vélos sont disponibles à l'hôtel, elle a aussi des désavantages. Notre hôtel nous a donné les clefs des vélos sans la moindre explication sur leur fonctionnement. Un vélo électrique n'est pas un vélo classique. Comment l'allumer, comment changer les vitesses, comment le débloquer, comment enlever les cadenas et fixer/défixer les antivols....Nous avons perdu une demi-heure à chercher les informations. Sur base de cette expérience et la prochaine fois, nous traiterons en direct avec le loueur. Nous retournerons chez Van Dam car le matériel est de bonne qualité et en bon état technique.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett, das Ausleihen hat schnell und unkompliziert geklappt. Man kann aus verschieden Routen auswählen und mit einer App navigieren was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Wir haben sogar eine Halterung für das Handy bekommen damit man beim fahren die Karte gut sieht.
Fahrräder an sich auch sehr gut, hatten uns für E-Bikes entschieden. Gerne wieder :)

Alles klopt! Uitstekende E-bikes voor een marktconforme prijs. Top. En geen gedoe met opladen onderweg. Vriendelijke medewerkers, die met passie hun werk doen.

Where to pre-book bikes for a specific dates and time?

We had pre booked our bike through the internet. The process is easy and efficient. Since we visited during peak time in April, it was essential. They ran out of bikes during the day. We picked our bike at noon after our visit of Keukenhoff.
Easy and efficient. Its possible to rent with no reservations, we saw several people doing it. We did not want to take the risk and this way we kept our schedule..
Reservation is easy so why not.

Hi. What time does the rent a bike open in the morning please? We want to avoid disappointment and get there as early as we can to hire bikes as I have read there is no pre-booking.
