Lepreau Falls and nearby New River Beach are beautiful. Went down to the river at low tide. Beach is great! Bring your dog.

At a short walking distance from the eletric car fast charging station. It's a pretty spot. Not memorable, but calm and beautiful :)

Beautiful falls, can walk along the rocky areas when water is low and has a great flat surface just before the big falls perfect for swimming! easy access for children.
Lots of shiny quartz and probably other materials to be found throughout the falls.
NOTE** they took out the picnic tables probably due to covid but still plenty of spots to picnic!

Amazing falls. Definitely worth the drive and time. Park offers two vantage points for pictures. Not crowded, great for picnicking!

J’ai donc poursuivis ma route sur la 175 et tourné à gauche en empruntant la route Lepreau Falls Road. Il y a des places de stationnement à proximité et on peut se rendre facilement aux chutes qui nous offrent une vue magnifique de l’endroit. Les sentiers sont faciles à suivre et s’adressent à tout le monde, c’est donc parfait aussi pour pique-niquer et prendre un moment de détente tout en ayant une vue parfaite de la chute. Il a deux points d’observation, un au-dessus des chutes et un en dessous. C’est très paisible et relaxant.

These falls are a beautiful view and the park and trails are so clean and easy to follow. We have always been hikers and mountain climbers so I would say the trails are very easy and would be for almost anyone. You can actually drive to the site and if you can walk just a few feet in you will have a spectacular view with a picnic table. If you are looking for a hike this is not really it, but if you want a relaxing time and a perfect view it is the place to be. I would go there again and again if I lived anywhere near by.

Very nice water fall if your in the area. There are picnic benches and park benches as well. Nice place to go for a picnic. Water flow was good but suspect this waterfall would be roaring during springtime! The waterfall is very close to where you park so for those not up to a hike or walk this waterfall is for you.

Lepreau Falls is a gorgeous medium sized water fall near St John. It has two observation points, one above the falls and one below. It is very peaceful and relaxing. If out exploring around St. Johns this is a great picnic site.

We drove about 20 min from St George to see the falls and the Lepreau covered bridge. The bridge is no longer in use but is a pretty place to stop. Off hwy 790 and marked from the road. About 10 min from the bridge is the falls, Lepreau Provincial Park. A large sign on the road going to St George says Lepreau Prov Park 1 km but it doesn’t show you where to turn off the highway. Turn immediately before the bridge. The falls are a short way from there. There are at least two observation desks overlooking the falls. Washrooms were not open. Some picnic tables.

This winter visit was a pleasant surprise: road plowed to the man made trail, short walk to the lookout, safe and impressive view.
