The jump itself was fantastic—what an adrenaline rush! The experience was exciting, and the staff were friendly, creating a great atmosphere.
However, I am leaving a 1-star review because of the unreasonable charges for videos. They wanted £120 for videos of the experience (£60 per person). When I arrived, I planned to film the experience myself on my iPhone, but I was told this wasn’t allowed due to “safety reasons.” Yet, when we got to the jump platform, the staff were using iPhones to film.
Charging £60 for 30 seconds of footage, especially when the jump itself cost £70, is unjustifiable. It feels like a rip-off. Experiences like this are memorable, and naturally, anyone would want to capture them on camera. I would have happily paid a reasonable fee to use my own phone, but being forced into a situation where the only option was to pay such an inflated price felt wrong.
Out of principle, I walked away without the videos. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning, even though I had planned to bring my kids in the summer. I don’t support companies that exploit their customers this way.
That said, I believe in fairness, and I want to emphasize that the experience itself was good, and the staff were friendly.
Families and groups, be warned: they’ll charge you heavily for videos and photos.
