We went to the low tide just because we wanted to do some walks that require tide 0.0. In the days we stayed in the city, the beaches were full of algae. There was a rug more than 50 meters wide in the sand when the tide dropped. Horrible. When the tide was full, these algae formed a "mexidone" because of the waves and you had to cross that "caldo" in order to reach the clean water. The most interesting thing is that the city council did not collect these algae to clean the beach. Apart from the algae, the sand was also very dirty of cigarette bits, cups, cans, paper, coconut, etc. A total disdain with the tourists. It is a place not to return, despite the beauty of the sea.

The beaches are beautiful, but the lack of consciousness, the lack of supervision, the lack of respect for nature, the lack of public policies for efficient cleaning of the beach, makes people enjoy their time of leisure and rest in the garbage mine and waste left in the sand and water.

Amazing scenarios!!!! We arrived by ferry, coming from Porto de Pedras. We stopped on all the beaches, the path is charming. The beach of Salgado was the one that impressed me most for its calm and transparent waters. They're very different, worth every second. Would come back many times, really a show.

The beach is beautiful, swimming pools are formed in the low tide. It doesn't have much wave and it's crisp. You can enjoy it with the whole family. There are few beachfront restaurants, but it is close to the shopping center. In the information center to the vacationer has bathroom, and also fresh water shower

The landscapes are amazing, such as Maragogi, but quieter, less bustling and more on account!

Very beautiful place!! Warm water and few waves... Especially at low tide. We had a few days when there was a lot of algae on the sand, but nothing that interfered with swimming in the sea. There are kiosks on the sand strip that provide umbrellas and beach chairs for rent.

Beautiful beach with a unique blue tone. Very cozy waterfront with some bars and restaurants. It's worth visiting the viewpoints.

A new place, popular, but the food is very expensive! They are clueless!
Without much structure and with few top hotels, the place cannot charge for food like they do! This is very annoying! Everything is very expensive!!

Quantos dias vocês vão ficar hospedados?
Pode ser muito interessante vocês alugarem um carro no aeroporto. Japaratinga fica mais ou menos no meio do caminho entre Maceió e Recife. Japaratinga faz parte da Costa do Corais (segunda maior barreira do mundo) e dizem que as piscinas naturais de lá são mais bonitas do que as de Maragogi.

Acesso à praia tranquilo, via estrada asfaltada, que passa próximo ao mar com de esmeralda. Lindo percurso. Sem problemas para estacionar. Lembro de ter visto ônibus circulando pelo litoral durante nossa hospedagem numa pousada no local. Devem sair do centro da cidade.

Olá, estaremos descendo no Aeroporto de Maceió e ficaremos hospedados em Japaratinga, tem algum micro ônibus ou van que leve do aeroporto até Japaratinga? Cotei alguns serviço de transfers é o valor é muito alto, ouvi falar que existe algumas vans que ficam no aeroporto que tem valor mais acessível, alguém pode confirmar ?

Não tenho essa informação com certeza, pois sempre vou de carro. No entanto, sei que é caro mesmo o transporte através de transfer, esse é o motivo que prefiro ir de carro, mas do Paraná não dá.
Aconselho ver com o Hotel se tem alguém para indicar.
Estando em Japaratinga, não deixe de conhecer a Doze Cabanas, vão gostar!
