Worst service ever . Confirmed the booking over the phone but staff didn’t put it in the system . So I wasted my day off

This was my first time to Endota at Hornsby. Light, bright, fresh and welcoming shop front in Hornsby Westfield. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, showing me to the waiting room, which was dimly lit, and had comfortable seating, adding to a relaxed atmosphere. It is BIG back there, with lots of treatment rooms. My massage therapist was Sophia, and she was FANTASTIC! She followed up on medical remarks on my sign-in and talked me through the massage. Then... heaven... the 80 minute massage was perfect! After choosing my preference of essential oil to begin with, the stones were the right temperature, massage bed and towels super comfortable and the actual massage was amazing - firm yet relaxing. I also had a foot, and scalp massage which added to the relaxation, and then finished off with a jade roller face massage.... BLISS! Can’t recommend high enough, thanks Sophia🙌🏽 Will definitely be back, thank you .

First time here and was not disappointed. Great staff who were very professional with their job. Lovely back massage and facial. Best off all I was asked if I wanted more or less pressure in different areas. Came away feeling relaxed and calm. Nice job.

This is such a tranquil and serene place amongst the chaos of a shopping centre. The staff are lovely and attentive and know their stuff. Had a facial to die for went in feeling old, tired and washed out left feeling refreshed and my skin was glowing.
Would Recommend this spa to everyone.

I had a deluxe pedicure booked, which was to be 60 mins. They were running 20 mins late, so knocked the time off my pedicure, and charged me for 60 mins, although they didn't argue when I questioned this and said I wanted a price reduction.
Therapist was nice, but wouldn't stop talking and asking personal questions, which I found annoying as I wanted some quiet time.
Most disappointing was the lack of attention to the nails...they were trimmed unevenly and the polish was applied poorly with some gaps. There was nothing done to accelerate drying time and by the time I got home they were ruined.
I left this feedback on their survey with a request they call, and they didn't, so I'm not sure about how seriously they feel about customer satisfaction.
Summary: expensive pedicure of poor standard. Cheaper places do a better job.

Lovely receptionist and easy booking system. Nice ambience in room. That said, I wouldn't get a deluxe pedicure here as I have had this done at 2 other Endota Spas and they were much, much better than here. The girls did not seem interested in making the experience better.

This spa had a wonderful ambience and was very luxurious. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. My daughter really knew what she was doing when she bought this lovely massage for me. I went in very stressed and came out so relaxed, I didn't know myself. I will definitely go back and have another massage, a totally uplifting experience. It must be great, because it took six weeks before I could get a suitable appointment. Didn't get the sales pitch I sort of expected and left straight after my massage floating on air.

I had a voucher which I was really excited to use. The facial was amazing but a great experience was ruined by such a pushy sales pitch at the end. I almost felt embarrassed to say I couldn't afford to buy the products they were suggesting I should. The selling approach was really forceful and I wasn't farewelled very nicely after I declined to purchase. Very disappointing.
