I went to Leah’s waxworks at Bondi junction today. I informed the lady that I have had someone take too much of my brow off in a wax before and to please be careful, I only want a clean up not a reshape. She rushed the job, didn’t talk to me, didn’t make eye contact, didn’t show me my brows in a mirror. I walked out with half of my right eyebrow missing! I literally have to draw the rest of my eyebrow on. I am devastated and will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go to Leah’s waxworks in Bondi Junction. Disgusting.

Technician racing at the speed of light just tore strips off me even after I asked her to take care. Skin ripped off my thighs and full on butchery of the batcave. Told the chick at reception and she was so rude and dismissive it was *almost* funny. Except I just got charged $70 to have my vag ripped to pieces and she sneered and refused to apologise. Avoid. Avoid if you value your vag.

Went with 3 tweens and myself.
Brow thread. booked 1pm. Arrived 1255..Waited til 130pm. No apology. Got rushed in. Threading took about two minutes. not a good job. No eye contact. Staff tension felt throughout. Attendance, eye contact, reception and service not very inviting. Service not thorough, in fact quite shallow and rushed. Took my money fast, I asked for a receipt, she didn't look up from her phone, I asked again and if she could look up from her phone, she said she was 'working'.No point in 'serving a customer if you're only half listening let alone not looking up at them. Made payment for a service. They got their payment, but we didn't get the service. Pretty place..not so pretty attitudes :(

I have been going to Leah’s for quite some time and have been very satisfied however I was shocked when a new lady waxed of my entire eyebrow. I am now stuck with horrible paper thin brows. The lady wasn’t remorseful and said nothing was a horrible experience and I won’t ever return

After waiting at least 15 min (which is standard as they accept walk ins and get quite busy) I was taken into a dirty room. After telling the therapist what wax I wanted she kept asking me what I wanted with a confused look. She seemed to be annoyed with me because she didn’t seem to understand basic English. Then she made me get into the most uncomfortable position (I have never been asked to do this in my life) whilst still questioning me. I asked her not to be so rude to me, in which she responded that’s how I talk your the rude one. I ended up leaving and ended up getting a wax downstairs from way nicer ladies. They have no right to make customers feel awful and attacked. Horrible people and horrible customer service. I normally go to mid city and the girls are lovely there. Avoid Bondi at all costs.

Today I went to get my brow eyes tinted, I come out looking like this, like they haven’t even wiped the tint off. This is disgraceful, who lets a customer walk out like this!!!!

I just spent 45 mins having a lash lift and left with no lift lift , glue stuck all over my lids and reddness and damage around my eyes. So scary. My eyes are still burning hours later and peeling glue off my eyelids.
I refused to pay as there was no difference and i knew what to expect as i have had it done many times before elsewhere.
Dont go there, they dont care. She didnt talk me through what she was doing and left the room for long periods without checking i was ok. Horrible when your eyes are stuck shut.

I saw Jess and was in and out in 20mins for an eye tint and wax and Brazilian, great demeanour and lovely job of my brows they're so thick and gorgeous. Thanks!
