The best Pilates class I've taken in a long time! Susana, the instructor, is incredible, always making sure we are comfortable and safe. Super recommended.

I took part in my first Aerial Yoga class with Susana and I loved it. The view of the forest is superb, which offers a truly unique setting for practicing yoga with the singing of birds, it's just perfect. I highly recommend that visitors to Valle Escondido take part in the yoga classes offered on site

A must do in Monteverde if you are in need of a deep stretch and relaxation. Susana is a great instructor for all skill levels. She knows how to make the class fun and easy to follow instructions. A super plus is that the space has the most amazing view to the Nicoya golf!!!

Aerial yoga was amazing with Susana! Such a powerful technique and very fun :) the views are breathtaking as well.

I loved doing aerial yoga and pilates with Susana! The yoga space is beautiful, with a beautiful view and surrounded by nature. There is a limited number of people, which makes the experience more personalized and intimate. The classes are gentle and perfect to dare to try if you've never done it before! I highly recommend it!!!

I loved trusting Su as guide and trusting the telas. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience. It was a childlike and playful experiene, and the view from the deck is stunning! I recommend grabbing a kefir water or kombucha (also made by Su) at the restaurant afterwards and walking through the permaculture gardens!
