Large, spacious, and with everything you could possibly want. Have been going to Baytree for years and the centre is fantastic.

what a fantastic evening, two very funny and informative presenters. food and drinks were great, got to see some lovely birds each with thier own personality. cant wait for the next one. thank you so much. great price as well.

This is my second visit to this lovely centre. There is a wonderful variety of owls and other birds of prey from around the world, as well as some UK mammals. The facilities for the birds are excellent and are maintained by a hardworking and dedicated team.
There are two demonstration flying areas, one indoor and one outside. Both have good seating, and several posts where the birds are flown onto, which gives everyone the chance to get up close to the birds. The presenters are highly knowledgeable and very engaging suiting a wide range of audiences. They also offer experience events giving the chance to handle the birds. The attached garden centre offers a decent eaterie, and tickets allow for a lunch break and return to the owls later.
Well worth a visit for all ages, and excellent value for money!

We had an enjoyable evening at the Summer Flight Night, an after hours extra long bird display and food. There was also very informative commentary from our two hosts. Please thank the restaurant staff for our meal and letting us use the restaurant on a blustery evening. The birds flew well in the wind, even the youngsters. At no time were any of the birds asked to do anything they didn’t want to or were capable. After the display it was great to see more baby owls and a frog mouth too. Looking forward to the next event.

Just to say thank you for a fabulous evening at summer flight night.
What a great event, we had a lovely time.
Lovely to see all the birds and some with special talents. Mark and Ben (I think) are very knowledgable, informative and enthusiastic. Great work guys!
Lovely food too in the restaurant.
Enjoyed the browse around all the birds afterwards!
Highlights were the vulture, raven and snake bashing bird!
Lovely to see the baby barn owls and the frog bird too.

Small location but they are very friendly, very knowledgable and really care for the animals.
Reasonably priced with a very reasonable annual pass for £25
Best time to go is for the flying displays. (1;30 Sat / Sun)

Excellent way to while away a few hours and learn a little about owls and birds of prey.
The flying demonstration was fun and explained well.
The cages allowed the birds space to move around freely. The 2 chaps talking obviously cared passionately about the birds and their welfare.

We had a great afternoon at the Centre, the birds of prey demonstration was fantastic and the gentleman doing the talk was informative and obviously passionate about the birds. Our niece and nephew loved it! Great job to everyone involved In looking after these beautiful birds and Rebel the fox

Went today and this place is fantastic. The birds look extremely happy and content. The birds seem very well cared for. The flying display was great and extremely informative. Only takes an hour or so to see the birds but the fact that you can re-enter all day meant we could look around the garden centre and then return for the flying display!

Amazing centre with such a large variety of owls and other birds of prey. All the birds looked very content and happy. We went on a quiet day so didn’t see the handling shows but there’s a large indoor and outdoor flying space for the birds. Would definitely come back and recommend :) also the little field mice near the gift shop are so so cute
