Nice lounge you have to ask for toast and some other items I still don’t know what they do as there is no menu there is no mention of fast track on the booking so not sure if you get that as others say it is included

Fantastic lounge, we got it complimentary as we had Virgin Atlantic Upper Class tickets. You can help yourself to as much drinks, food as you want. Staff really attentive. Would definitely recommend

What a good way to start our holiday, nice and quiet lounge, help yourself to food and beer including champagne, beats the hectic airport, we will be using again soon

Never used an airport lounge before, accessed this courtesy of being business class passenger on Qatar Airways. When we found it there was quite a queue as reception seemed to control access to two lounges. After about 15 mins we were able to access lounge which was busy but not too crowded. There were numerous food and drink options available which you could help yourself to. Got a drink and a plate of food and sat enjoying the buzz you get with lots of people waiting to board planes. My wife wanted a glass of champagne which had run out but when I asked was quickly replenished. All top shelf drinks were freely available and the food was good quality.
I really enjoyed the experience and I will repeat on my next flight from Manchester. Highly recommended.

We visit the lounge about 3 times a year and the price is somewhat expensive for services provided .
Two hours for circa £50 each and patrolled by the staff who ask you to leave when your two hours are up.
Food and choice below what one expects drinks are all top shelf and even champagne is available.
We are not big drinkers and had one drink a little food and two coffees.
The lounge is supposed to be for Adults only but our last visit we encountered children running around and being noisy we have nothing against children as long as they behave and do not scream !!
We are set to use the lounge again in December .

They have a time limit for your stay. Some might not like this policy but we have no issues. Staffs comes out shining with not that great food and drinks option.

5 stars ,feared the worst after previous reviews ,plenty of seating to view planes ,alcohol in abundance and the buffet is very good not a true indication that the website portrays but still good, my wife who is a very nervous flyer loves it as its made her feel relaxed before flight as in the premium area its busy adding to stress so now unfortunately my wife now wants this for every holiday, now we are here and it's quiet but probably different when busy but in all having a great time in 1903

I recently took my 80 year old mum on holiday for a week, so we decided to treat ourselves to a special start to our hols & booked this lounge. So glad we did, the peace & quiet made travelling a lot less stressful for my mum, the food & drink were great, definitely better than the other lounge.

My friend booked the 1903 lounge as a surprise for me and our friend for our 40th birthday. Drinks and food was lovely but this experience was spoilt by the rude member of staff Aaron who apparently was a manager.
As we have been in the Escape lounge before we thought we had 3 hours. Aaron came round and asked us for our card , which he then proceeded to tell us we were 3 mins over our 2 hour stay. We arrived 30 mins late due to security. So had only been in the lounge 1.5 hours. He then in his words said "Drink your drinks, pack up and leave"
We thought this was very rude, as he said it in a condescending way, when we then questioned him about the time we had spent in there he told us to leave. We then asked him to show us where in the terms and conditions it said 2 hours as we thought it was 3 he then said pack up leave and then I will show you.
I understand they probably get some difficult customers, but we were nice and polite asking him information, and he continued to embarrass us in front of the other customers. Think some customer service training is in need for Aaron so that nobody else has to experience this rudeness.

No, Virgin Atlantic will do the reservation. At checkin they will give you a card for the lounge they are using.

Hi we are thinking of booking this on the 22nd Im wondering how it works as u can go in there 2 and a half hrs before but if the Check-in gates don’t open 2/3 hrs before take off how does it work .

Hi we always get to the airport 3 hours before and get fast track security and it works out fine and we also stayed in longer as were delayed once you are in it's fine.

Brilliant! Ha ha! I can state Jack Daniels, Captain Morgan White, dark and spiced are all there.... but unsure about Southern Comfort! In an emergency, I am told that stirring some sugar into the Captain Morgan spiced is a push past. And after a couple of glasses you won't know. Have a great trip!
