Totally overpriced (0.5l water from the vending machine 3,50 EUR), 1.5 hrs. Entrance 10 EUR with child. CAUTION: Bookings on the chip used to pay for everything are also made and charged twice. Drinks in the drinks vending machine stick to everything else even so that it is not possible for children to remove them. Cash dispensers and an abundant number of hair dryers are regularly broken and locked, as are the electronic locks on the lockers. Sometimes a slide is closed or too few "tyres" are available for the one slide, other areas are also closed. Feel-good factor: 1 out of 10.

Everything was great!!!
Also eat the food😔
There was much,warkpool,warm pool,jumping tower up to 5 meters,swimming pool,not swimming pool,slide,sauna,table tennis,billiards,table football,fitness room,swing lie and a bistro😀
Everything I liked except the bistro, the food tasted garnished and also messy😕
Otherwise everything was great!!!!!😁

Total rip-off, I'm really pissed. We were in the bathroom while eating in another restaurant. We had to pay €16 at the till because the other transporters hadn't booked the half hour. We spent over €50 in the restaurant. The employee at the till was unfriendly. Unprofessional behavior.

We had a fantastic day at the Aquarena indoor pool with my family today. The staff, especially the catering staff, made our stay special. The friendly atmosphere and the delicious food made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable day.

wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Besuch gefreut. Leider wurde uns weder im Eingangsbereich noch vom Personal mitgeteilt, das nur noch das Schwimmerbecken geöffnet war.
Auch fühlte sich die Temperatur im Becken und Umgebung nicht sehr angenehm an.
Fazit: Viel zu teuer für diese Leistung, denn am nächsten Tag hatten alle ne tolle Erkältung.

Hatte einen sehr schönen Tag in der aquarena in Heidenheim! Das Bad bietet alles zu einem sehr guten Preis. Das Bistro im Bad ist sehr sauber und das Essen ist reichlich und schmeckt sehr gut!
Hervorzuheben ist die Saunalandschaft! Sehr gute Aufgüsse und super Ausblick auf das Schloss aus der Panoramasauna. Und das alles für 18 Euro am Tag. Super!! Die Planung der Saunalandschaft hat wohl ein Profi gemacht...
Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Hallo,
Preis und Leistung ist grandios! Man bekommt viel geboten! Der Umbau vom Bad ud Sauna, sehr gelungen! Leider fehlt für so ein großes Bad für die Region die Akzeptanz von Mastercard, Visa oder Maestro.
Wollte mit Apple Pay bezahlen, Nur leider wird nur die Girocard akzeptiert, was in der heutigen Zeit fehl am Platz ist.

Neben einem 50 Meter Schwimmbecken gibt es einen Sprungturm für Sprünge aus 1, 3 und 5 Metern. Dazu einen abgetrennten Kleinkindbereich, 2 Wasserrutschen, 2 Außenbecken und eine Kneippanlage.
Den Saunabereich haben wir nicht benutzt.
Es gibt eine Zeitgutschrift von 30 Minuten, wenn man im Imbiss etwas isst, jedoch war die Servicekraft leider etwas überfordert und wir standen eine knappe Viertelstunde an bis wir überhaupt unsere Bestellung abgegeben hatten, obwohl nicht wirklich was los wahr.
Den Saunabereich haben wir nicht benutzt.

Das Bad bietet einiges was es sonst nur im Erlebnisbad gibt. Es gibt für Schwimmer ein 50 M Becken . Es gibt Rutschen und Sprungtürme. Aussenbecken mit Sprudelmassage oder ein großes Warnbecken. Der Saunabereich ist ok. aber keine Attraktion vielleicht wenn Im Herbst die neue Sauna fertig ist. Klar man muss das alles mögen um es positiv zu bewerten aber schlecht ist anders.

Great place! Enjoy swimming in the Olympic size pool, shooting down one of two water slides, or relax outside in either the whirlpool or the large heated therapeutic pool. They also have a separate baby/toddler pool. You can also try diving in the dedicated diving pool with both platforms and springboard. Also available is a sauna, which we did try. There is also a café. Be sure to bring your own towels.
