我在这个位于市中心的酒店度过了愉快的时光。酒店很干净，有一个令人印象深刻和彬彬有礼的工作人员。酒店提供美味的传统中式早餐，酒店的餐厅还为所有其他餐点提供美味的食物。它位置便利，听到火车站。我希望能很快回到赤峰并再次入住这家酒店！阅读更多

The staff was horrible to us, I am an American with a Chinese wife, besides the dirty looks and comments we got from the staff, People came into our room and went through our bags, The room did not get a proper cleaning the 3 days we spent here, and upon check out we were ripped off, i stayed here with my friend and his girlfriend, (also American and Chinese couple) because of the staff's disrespect for our inter-racial relationship, they ended up breaking up on this trip, Because of all the negative comments made to her by the staff. For all Westerners thinking of staying at this hotel, please STAY AWAY! they have no respect for us so we should return the favor by not giving them a cent of our money.

性价比、卫生、服务、位置等好的方面很多；细节管理还应加强：如服务员不必要的举止、说笑；床上用品换洗不及时；玻璃擦拭不及时；换季纱窗安装不及时。严细管理理念，精心服务质量，体现城市文化。愿新泰和宾馆客源滚滚，财源滚滚！

里面的配套设施都挺好的，有提供网络，网速还可以。房间里面的卫生情况挺好的，隔音效果不错。服务挺好的，有时候叫服务员，他们反映速度比较及时，态度也挺好的。这边的交通挺方便的，离火车站比较近，周边买东西也很方便，离购物的地方比较近。

位置比较好，他往南走不到五百米就是火车站，再往东南角走不到八百米就是长途汽车站，而且周围吃喝住用超市很多，很不错的位置，很方便。他不是小店，车站附近那些小店确实乱，不过这边是大店，还是挺好的，也有个停车场，都是免费停车的。房间里面感觉还可以。这边市政府的人也会来住的。它还应该多把我们所谓的里面的配套设施再完善。
