我在复活节岛度过了四个晚上，我住这家酒店的时候，房间非常简陋，我住了一个晚上后就退了房。由于设施和服务严重不足，他们损失了三个晚上的收入。我住的“高级”房间真是非常简陋，只有一个小枕头，一扇破窗，没有风扇，没有气流，非常闷热，但很干净。那些普通的设施都很破旧，工作人员也没有提供什么特别的帮助(他们不能给我一个落地风扇，甚至也不能给我一瓶水，建议我喝一罐可口可乐!)。机场接机服务很不错，但所有酒店都提供这种服务。包含的早餐很普通，没什么选择，还有一个非常慢的烤面包机。那里的地理位置不算太差———步行进城很容易，但大多数酒店都可以这样。

Hi CarlUK999, than you for your comments. We will work on fixing the crack in the window of the room where you stayed. I am sorry we did not provide you a fan or additional pillow, but it seems that the staff was unaware that you wanted one or perhaps you did not ask? I will advise them to be more attentive when preparing the rooms. I should clarify that when you made your reservation via a third-party online, you booked a single economy room (one of the most basic) for only one night. You were never placed in our superior room or even any other room higher than the economy single. These rooms, as you may have read, are very basic and are provided at a low price. We provide these rooms because we feel that the cost of getting to the island is so much that there should be a cheap alternative for those who do not have much money. I am sorry that we did not have bottled water at the time that you asked for it. We will try and stock our refrigerator better. We have tried in the past to encourage guests to drink the local water, as it is clean and pure and has no harmful effects to passengers unlike other countries like Mexico or Indonesia. By reducing the amount of bottled water consumed on the island, we also reduce the large amount of trash and plastic that is building up in our land fill. You must remember that nearly everything, including a bottle of water or that can of coke that you were offered, had to travel those same 2,500 miles from Chile to Rapa Nui in order to be here for when you arrive. This is a similar reason why our breakfast is so basic, it's a way we have found to provided maximum service for an affordable price and low environmental impact. Finally, though it may appear that every hotel provides hotel transfers from the airport, we are one of only a few that does not charge for it. Generally most other hotel will charge 20 USD per transfer, a cost that is put into the room cost or charged directly to the customer upon booking. I hope we are able to welcome you again to our island, we are always saddened when guests leave disappointed. I hope the remainder of your stay as well as actually seeing the ancient sites were worth wild.

我在一个简陋的单人房间里住了三晚。就位置(复活节岛!)而言，我认为价格是公道的，即使设施/服务有点缺乏。房间很简单，但很干净，完全可以使用。浴室里一切正常，客厅里有免费wifi。走廊确实很破旧，工作人员也不是特别乐于助人(并且犹豫不决，但当我试图用信用卡支付房间费用时，他们最终妥协了)。机场的接机服务很受欢迎，尽管回机场的旅程很颠簸，吉普车由管家驾驶的。包含在房费内的早餐很好，视野很好。 酒店距离镇中心仅有几步之遥。

2014年9月，我独自一人在岛上探险，就住在这家酒店。我的房间是双人房，因为如果我想要单人房，也需要付同样的价格。房间很漂亮，很干净，花园前面有一扇大窗户。早餐非常棒，有很多高质量的食物，像蛋糕，曼贾尔薄饼和咸食。工作人员非常友好，经常帮助我组织短途旅行和在岛上寻找商店。唯一令我不完全满意的是wifi连接速度非常慢。

这是一间不错的普通酒店。干净，安全，舒服，地理位置也不错。酒店安排了人员在机场接送我们。从酒店去镇上也挺容易的。这里的服务非常好，尤其是Estefan，他为我们安排了旅行，还告诉了我们邮政局有护照邮戳。房间不错，我们游玩回来之后有足够的热水供应给我们。Wi-Fi还可以，在阳台和前台的四周，对于上传一些剩下的照片还是可以的。

I was on Easter Island for 5 days last November and I did not come across any mosquitoes. The only thing I had on was sunblock.
