No. Raffles does not offer an all Inclusive package. We had a half board (this is all I could access with our booking) and this allowed us full breakfast including drinks and a three course dinner each night. Cocktails averaged around $26 USD and around $12 USD for a Soft Drink. Bar menu offers $25 USD pizza for lunch as well as a good size club sandwich at around $36 USD.
