首先说地理位置及其方便,从jr山手线惠比寿出口就有明确的指引,直接连接在酒店的B1,由于都是室内,还没有台阶,所以就算大件行李或者刮风下雨都不会有任何的不便。酒店旁边就是有名地标建筑惠比寿garden,购物吃东西都很方便。 当我进入1层办理入住的时候,前厅经理浅野朋子女士特地过来打招呼,亲切的笑容让我对疫情的担心大大减小,还按照我走的行程特地计划了退房的时间安排,并记录在纸上,感觉很专业和贴心。 虽然我是每年住过都超过100晚常年钛金会员,在东京万豪系列也住过无数间,但进入到1914房间里面还是感受到了惊喜,整体面积126平方米,会客区六人大餐桌一应俱全,还布置精美的艺术品散发浓厚艺术气息,卧室窗帘电动的,洗浴备品欧舒丹品牌,一切都那么的尽善尽美,让路途疲惫一扫而空。由于我有健身的习惯,但疫情期间预定方式发生了变化,所以和前台沟通预定健身房遇到了一些困难,这时前厅工作人员直接用中文来帮助我解决了问题,“我叫戴肖肖,经理特地叮嘱我说有中国人入住酒店,让我帮忙来照顾一下”,听到熟悉的语言,身在异乡的我有了莫名的感动,随后帮我预定了健身房并亲自把我送过去,还说有问题可以和她交代。我晚上想在酒廊和朋友谈些事情,由于疫情原因,无法提供酒精,她专门去17层酒廊借来餐车,把餐食和酒推到了我的房间,布置完之后,7点多还发来了第二天前天还有一位中国籍员工在前台可以服务的信息给我,后来得知她6点就结束工作了,真是太敬业了。 如果具备一流硬件设施是作为豪华型酒店的硬实力,那么训练有素且主动服务意识的员工就是软实力,这点东京威斯汀超越了我的期许,以后来东京我应该会成为这家酒店的常客,并把它介绍我身边的朋友。

酒店位处惠比寿,离JR 惠比寿站都有十多分钟的路程,不算很方便。大堂富丽堂皇,可有气派,不过显得有点过时。房间很暗,照明不足,处处流露着过气的欧式奢华。最失败之处是服务流于表面,缺乏真心由客人出发的心态,故此每每在细微处出错。
抵达惠比寿车站,仅记沿通往惠比寿花园的行人通道前往酒店,步程约10分钟。若当中出错出口,要找回酒店的路就不是这么轻易。由于酒店是古典式的设计,房间偏暗,酒店落成亦有一段时间,有点陈旧,但整体来说是一个不错的住宿体验。
