As a five-star hotel in downtown Tokyo, the overall stay experience at Conrad Hotel is still good, although there are some flaws.
The soundproofing in the hotel room is relatively poor. The sound of the subway agent basically accompanies you throughout your stay. You need earplugs to help you fall asleep at night.
The facilities in the room are complete, but still a bit old. Both bathrooms in the suite have smart toilets, and there are some debris and odor on the carpet.
The timeliness of room service is not satisfactory, and the sundries cannot be sorted out according to the guests' specified time. The timeliness of room service also lacks speed.
The speed of providing meals in the club should be improved. There are often shortages of food. There are many guests in the club and it is very noisy.
As a hotel in Tokyo, Conrad's suites are quite spacious and are probably the largest of their kind in Tokyo.
You should take the Keikyu Line to the Shimbashi station, where from there it is a very easy walk though the below ground shopping plaza to the Conrad entrance.
Hi—you’re looking at approximately ¥12,000 it might be a bit cheaper but I’d budget for at least this amount. If you have Uber you can order a taxi from the app in Japan. Sometimes, not always it can work out to be a better deal to take Uber black from the airport but you’d have to check the details on arrival. You can also call or email the concierge at the hotel who would be more that willing to help make transportation arrangements.
I’ve stayed at the hotel many times and it’s a hard place to leave—-because it’s just so nice! 😊 I hope you enjoy your stay!
